I like WebTMA because the UI is simple, straightforward, and customizable, making it very user-friendly. The reporting features allow us to track work, cost, and identify problem locations effectively. The ease of queries and dashboards is very streamlined, enabling us to work efficiently in a lean environment. The mobile app complements well, helping us assign work orders to technicians in the field and track work, cost, time, and parts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find some of the interface elements in WebTMA problematic, mainly the certain menus that don't move or minimize. It can be frustrating that some search screens require you to type the exact wording instead of accepting keywords, which makes searching a hassle sometimes. The user permission settings can be confusing as they can override each other, and it takes time to understand how they interact. Also, I wish the selection menus were more flexible, as they are static and require me to memorize details or open a separate screen to review them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
