"Severe UI Issues, Poor User Experience, and Horrible Customer Service"
What do you like best about Wagepoint?

This is unquestionably the worst software that I have ever used, the only redeeming quality is that it integrates with QBO Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wagepoint?

I find the user interface of Wagepoint incredibly unintuitive, making the setup process horrible. There's a mandatory, manual payroll run and a lengthy review process that cannot be automated without human interaction, which I find cumbersome. The software has failed to simplify payroll processes, greatly falling short in this aspect, rendering it quite ineffective for my operations. Reporting issues persist, with incorrect data shown for payroll amounts, which is frustrating. Moreover, the customer support attempts to make me resolve these issues myself instead of addressing the software's faults, which is tremendously annoying. The transition to what they called Wagepoint 2.0 was poorly executed, leaving users with multiple login systems and information stored separately, which exemplifies a disastrous rollout of a new version. Overall, I find no value in re-purchasing the service as it only adds to my headaches. Their customer service is terrible. They are patronizing, and refuse to actually fix anything.
