VoIP Detective interfaces with your existing phone system, be it Cisco Call Manager, CUBE, Webex, or Microsoft Teams – providing easy to understand call related analytics. It will enable individuals at every level of your organization to run call reports quickly and easily. VoIP Detective is a software package designed to not only give administrators detailed technical information about the health of your communications environment, but also to allow end users and organization managers access to complete call reports. Once an administrator gives someone access, they can run call reports on their entire team. Set these call reports up to be emailed at your desired times, and it becomes completely hands off. Have your team or department’s call logs automatically show up in your email every day! Easy to implement Download the VoIP Detective virtual machine, deploy it in your existing virtualization environment (we support all popular hypervisors), configure your phone system to access call records and you’re done. That’s all there is to getting up and running.

**What do you like best about VoIP Detective?**

Straight forward configuration and clear dashboard compared to other reporting products.  Up and running in less than an hour and generating useful reports.  CUCM integration is a simple CDR export.  User management is much simpler than competeing tools, allowing users to self-manage their profiles and teams to a great extent.  So many tools try to be everything to everyone, which makes call reporting less intuitive.  Voip Detective just gives you the data you expect.  And no other tool that we've used comes close on price, making VD a much better value.  One price for all of it, no upselling at all.

**What do you dislike about VoIP Detective?**

No phone support; online ticket support only.  Default dashboard works fine, but customization would be nice.

**What problems is VoIP Detective solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast, concise, reporting that is easily understood by end users and managers.

**What do you like best about VoIP Detective?**

Easy setup of on-premises server, user administration, automated reports. Ability to transfer extensions from one manager to another.

**What do you dislike about VoIP Detective?**

The naming conventions will not be retrieved from CUCM. The AD synchronization is also not functioning.

**What problems is VoIP Detective solving and how is that benefiting you?**
