
Vinix Business Cloud Communications is a game-changer for us because it simplifies communication with a flexible, all-in-one platform that supports both remote and on-site teams. I love how it integrates seamlessly, letting us manage calls, messages, and video meetings in one place, which saves time and improves productivity. Plus, their customer support is responsive and always willing to help troubleshoot or answer questions quickly. Their app for our remote workers is easy to use, allowing remote staff as well as any staff traveling for work, the ability to use their work line protecting their privacy while making it super easy and functionable. Anytime I email Vinix Support they respond right away letting me know they created a ticket and will be with me shortly as an automated type email, but then I get a service rep shortly after following up. They walk you through things, respond quick, and are always so kind and eager to educate you. They're always willing to do what works best for you whether its emailing, phone calls or hoping on a video chat to walk you through things step by step. The online portal is amazing too, even in the pilot stages it offers so much and has so much functionality. You can change caller ids, set up phone functions, assign routing, see staff call history incoming and outgoing, run reports. It is really limitless and so easy to use which makes it even better. Vinix Business Cloud Communications plugged right into our Microsoft Office 365 and Teams setup, so getting it up and running was easy. We use it every day for everything—calls, messages, video meetings—and depend on it to keep everyone connected and on the same page. It’s become one of those tools we can’t imagine working without! I could only select one primary role when using Vinix Business Cloud Communnications, but I felt it worthy of noting that I am not only a user (an everyday user at that) but I am an Administrator and rave about them every chance I get when going to meetings and networking. That's how much I love Vinix Business Cloud Communications, the team and support they give and how easy it is to use whether you're admin level or a staff member at user level, even with minimal tech savvy skills. There really, surprisingly, isn't anything I dislike. The one downside, the only downside I can think of is that since it is cloud based it requires a strong, stable internet connection. But this isn't a downside, because what doesn't require this? So when the internet goes out the phones are down, but so is everything else. So in my opinion, this is not a true downside, meaning I don't think there are any downsides to Vinix Business Cloud Communications. It surprised me, pleasantly surprised me.
