Vidu helped me create lot of customized videos and personalize my outreach via multiple channels.

**What do you like best about Vidu?**

One of the features I appreciate the most is the ability to personalize my emails and videos with the recipient's name and other relevant information. This personalization has helped me to increase my open and response rates significantly.

The customer support team is also top-notch. They have been very responsive and helpful in answering any questions I have had and providing guidance on how to optimize my use of the platform.

Overall, I highly recommend Vidu for anyone looking to improve their sales outreach efforts. It has been a valuable tool for me in growing my business and I am confident it can do the same for others.

**What do you dislike about Vidu?**

One downside of Vidu is that the CSV extension for faster GIF composition is still in beta. While this feature has the potential to greatly improve the efficiency of creating GIFs, it is not yet fully developed and may not function as smoothly as the rest of the platform. This can be a bit of an inconvenience for users who heavily rely on GIFs for their sales outreach. However, the Vidu team is working on this feature and making it more stable.

**What problems is Vidu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I  have been using Vidu for my sales outreach and I am extremely impressed with the platform's capabilities. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple for me to organize and personalize my outreach efforts. The integration with my CRM and email platforms has been seamless, allowing me to efficiently track and manage my leads.
