SUCH A DIFFERENCE! We had Videowise a couple years ago and cancelled because it was clunky and not user friendly. That is definitely no longer the case! I have found it to be extremely easy to navigate and quick to update. Videowise has made it incredibly easy for us to integrate videos into our site, especially through user-generated content and testimonials. They've also introduced live shopping capabilities, which have significantly elevated our marketing strategy and strengthened our community engagement! Fantastic! Great app! The app is very easy to use, has many features, it's very practical to upload videos, bring videos from social networks, truly an incredible experience. But I really need to highlight the customer service: (special mention to consultant Carlos) Unmatched support! It offers a service that makes the client feel very well supported for any situation they might need. It was necessary to translate some things in the app because our store is in Brazil and they offered full support, modified exactly as we needed. Carlos accompanied us during the live sessions, gave suggestions, got hands-on and implemented and configured the app, without us having to worry. In short, speechless. Excellent! They could improve a few small things in the standardization of customization setups between one widget and another, so that the configuration uses the standard. But nothing that hinders. The app, in general, is very quick to configure. They can also improve a bit more in uploading videos and marking which products we want to show, but this point, compared to competitors, is already much faster. As a growing platform that's evolving quickly, there can occasionally be minor adjustments needed as new features are refined. In just the few months that I've been working with Videowise there have been two things that stand out to me: their tool is incredibly powerful and intuitive; they have some of the best account reps I've ever had with a vendor. With our plan we have access to their Slack channel where we have a direct line to our account rep and they are ALWAYS on top of things and looking for way to help us leverage their service. I'm bias, but if you have an option, ask for Katarina, she's been a standout. I don't think we would be where we are with this tool if it wasn't for her assisting us. She checks in almost weekly and regularly has suggestions or advice on ways to best use the platform.
