We have been working with ViaDialog for over 15 years, and their telephony solution perfectly meets our needs.

The tool is both reliable and efficient, providing a pleasant experience for our operators on a daily basis.

It is a solution that we recommend without hesitation for companies looking for an efficient tool and a reliable and attentive partner.

**What do you dislike about ViaDialog?**

Some minor bugs on the platform have been identified, but they are being fixed with the migration to the new omnichannel platform, which promises to be more stable and offer even more features.
