What do you dislike about Verizon Virtual Contact Center?

All the interactions and communication take place via IT mode. If there exists even a small default or loop hole in the system, it may affect all the channels and the process can become extremely cumbersome to fix and operate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Representatives are well known for their customer service-oriented process, always willing to help and do assist people within a timely manner, its great to find that all representatives are well trained and are knowledgeable about their product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not all process are friendly for customers such as me, from time to time to get transfer overseas and its fine however, language barriers from time to time make inquires time-consuming Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verizon Virtual Contact Center?

Verizon as a whole is an extremely overrated company in my opinion. I mean the overall coverage is mediocre and the prices are way too high for the service. So either way, if you're using the service you're going to end up extremely agitated and if you're working at the virtual call center you get to deal with almost nothing but the extremely agitated!
