The team at Venditan are very experienced in their respective fields - it feels nice to be able to pick up the phone and speak to someone there about anything. If our account manager does not know the answer initially, she will raise it with her colleagues and get back to us promptly. No task seems impossible for the VC team too; we asked for quite a lot of bespoke features when we were onboarded as we had manufacturing, wholesale, concessions stores and ecommerce to consider, as well as specific report requests and export features to work with 3rd party software such as Sage. I would consider myself experienced and have built many websites - including the old versions of our websites through Magento. So from my perspective the only thing I dislike is that access to change things is quite limited and we've had to ask for things to be unlocked in our account on a few occasions. I understand the reasoning behind this, but sometimes when its quite a simple fix, it can be frustrating. Plus sometimes these quick fixes have to be raised as tickets and we have to wait for them to be dealt with. This can, at times, take a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
