The team at Venditan are very experienced in their respective fields - it feels nice to be able to pick up the phone and speak to someone there about anything. If our account manager does not know the answer initially, she will raise it with her colleagues and get back to us promptly. No task seems impossible for the VC team too; we asked for quite a lot of bespoke features when we were onboarded as we had manufacturing, wholesale, concessions stores and ecommerce to consider, as well as specific report requests and export features to work with 3rd party software such as Sage. They were able to accommodate for all, and it has helped streamline our business (before we were working from excel spreadsheets)!

I moved to Venditan in November 24, from Visualsoft, I was with Visualsoft for 6 years, but towards the end they couldn't facilitate a large part of my business so I started looking around for a new platform, everything was pointing to Shopify and I dislike Shopify (almost as much as I now dislike Visualsoft). After a brief call with Kamba & Mike, I got the feeling that Venditan could more than handle all the unique requirements that I have for my business. Venditan allows me to bring into 1 system, my warehouse facilities, my bricks and mortar store, my online store(s), my marketplaces and so much more, it has made my life and the companies life so much easier and this allows the customers to enjoy an easier shopping experience with Gamersheek. The installation did run over the projected start date but considering the complexity of my install and "unique features" such as a bespoke "Pay By Link", which now saves me around 8 hours a month in time. The customer service team as well (Steph) have been very patient with me as well with the numerous emails asking for tweaks and new features. Honestly without a doubt, if you are looking for a solution that makes life simpler with great integrations for shipping etc, give Venditan a go, you won't regret it.
