**What do you like best about Venditan Commerce?**

The team at Venditan are very experienced in their respective fields - it feels nice to be able to pick up the phone and speak to someone there about anything. If our account manager does not know the answer initially, she will raise it with her colleagues and get back to us promptly. No task seems impossible for the VC team too; we asked for quite a lot of bespoke features when we were onboarded as we had manufacturing, wholesale, concessions stores and ecommerce to consider, as well as specific report requests and export features to work with 3rd party software such as Sage. They were able to accommodate for all, and it has helped streamline our business (before we were working from excel spreadsheets)!

**What do you dislike about Venditan Commerce?**

I would consider myself experienced and have built many websites - including the old versions of our websites through Magento. So from my perspective the only thing I dislike is that access to change things is quite limited and we've had to ask for things to be unlocked in our account on a few occasions. I understand the reasoning behind this, but sometimes when its quite a simple fix, it can be frustrating. Plus sometimes these quick fixes have to be raised as tickets and we have to wait for them to be dealt with. This can, at times, take a while.

**What problems is Venditan Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VC really helps streamline all aspects of our business under one easy-to-use platform. We manufacture, we sell B2B and B2C. B2C comes in many forms, from multiple concessions stores, to website, Amazon and other channels. It has helped us become a lot more efficient and prone to making less mistakes.

**What do you like best about Venditan Commerce?**

I moved to Venditan in November 24, from Visualsoft, I was with Visualsoft for 6 years, but towards the end they couldn't facilitate a large part of my business so I started looking around for a new platform, everything was pointing to Shopify and I dislike Shopify (almost as much as I now dislike Visualsoft).

After a brief call with Kamba & Mike, I got the feeling that Venditan could more than handle all the unique requirements that I have for my business.

Venditan allows me to bring into 1 system, my warehouse facilities, my bricks and mortar store, my online store(s), my marketplaces and so much more, it has made my life and the companies life so much easier and this allows the customers to enjoy an easier shopping experience with Gamersheek.

The installation did run over the projected start date but considering the complexity of my install and "unique features" such as a bespoke "Pay By Link", which now saves me around 8 hours a month in time.

The customer service team as well (Steph) have been very patient with me as well with the numerous emails asking for tweaks and new features.

Honestly without a doubt, if you are looking for a solution that makes life simpler with great integrations for shipping etc, give Venditan a go, you won't regret it.

**What do you dislike about Venditan Commerce?**

The downside to Venditan Commerce is that I haven't found anything they can't do for me yet!

After 6 months of being live with them, they continue to deliver!

**What problems is Venditan Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Venditan have helped me with:

- Integrating my store into the same system as the e-commerce platform, thus being able to ship orders from my physical store, meaning ALL stock in ALL locations are visible to customers.
- Being able to send Pay by Link invoices out to customers, this used to cause a lot of work, manually checking payment links via other providers, then trying to match to orders, was a nightmare!
- Proper marketplace integrations, allowing me to offer my stock in more places than ever before
- Having 1 system for warehousing as well, previously I had 2 or 3 systems and the stock was never correct.
