I like that UsefulFeedback! brings clarity and control to what is usually a messy, stressful process. It centralizes all feedback channels into one hub and ensures nothing gets lost or ignored. It provides end-to-end visibility, escalation rules, and clear accountability, which our old tools simply couldn’t guarantee at scale. The setup is straightforward with good support, and the long-term benefits far outweigh the upfront effort. I also find using UsefulFeedback! with other tools like CRM and Email systems helps it act as the central feedback and complaints hub.

What I really enjoy about the service is how much easy it is to use it. It makes the whole process very smooth. I also love how quickly we can collect insights data and turn them into actions, which saves both time and effort for me.

What I dislike about it is even though it’s super powerful, the interface can feel sometimes feel a bit too much  with all those options.  What would make experience great would be a more modern  design, along with speed improvements.

The best thing is that this software has an integrated map, which shows exactly where the complaint is originating from. Not a lot of other softwares have this.
Apart from this, the UI is good and practical, you can see division of complaints through key words, so it becomes easier for the manager to segregate and assign work.
It also has an extremely good dashboard, so you can easily see who has done what work in your team.
Overall, a really good tool for helping out your customers.

While it has a lot of features, the UI still seems a bit clunky and old. Could do with an upgrade

UsefulFeedback offers a wide range of functions, including the capacity to collect feedback and surveys. For analysis, we may easily convert it into a report. Integrations with popular apps like HubSpot, Salesforce, and others are supported. We make frequent use of it because it has become indispensable to us. They have great customer service via chat or email. The platform offers comprehensive instructions, which make implementation easy.

One aspect I find about this platform is the sometimes slow loading times, especially when processing multiple feedback entries. Additionally, it requires little  amount of resources to operate effectively. For smaller businesses, the price may be a little higher, but it's definitely worth it.

Let's say Iam the user of 'Y' product from 'X' company. I do market survey about the product from different companies and taken product from 'X' company. UsefulFeedback offers a lot of features like collecting surveys and feedbacks. We can easily convert it to report for analysing.  It supports integrations with popular software like Salesforce, HubSpot and others. We use it very often as it become critical for us. They provide amazing customer support through chat or mail. Implementing is very easy as the platform provides step-by-step instructions for it.

The pricing can be bit steeper for small scale business, But value is definitely there.

UsefulFeedback! provides an efficient way for gathering and organizing customer feedbacks.  We are able to integrate it with our CRM  tools which makes it easy to act on the feedback. Now a days, we are not missing any valuable input. The dashboard is simple and clean which do not require a lot of learning. Overall, UsefulFeedback! has improved customer satisfaction and streamlined our decision-making, making it an essential tool for our business.

UsefulFeedack is information that helps me improve my actions or behaviors. The feedback also aims at providing helpful comments, advice and suggestions for improvement to employees to increase their productivity and support their professional development. Effective feedback should focus on the employee's work, behaviors, strengths and weaknesses, and not be an attack on their personality. It is very easy to impleent and use. Customer support is a great help.  I quite often use this site. The amount of features are vast and more than enough for me to utilize. Integration is very easy.

It may not be immediately apparent, but there are moments when I find myself questioning the source. bus it has data from past thus frequency of use keeps on dipping on a long term basis until new product is offered  and there scope of improvement in customer support.
