Integrations with popular apps like HubSpot, Salesforce, and others are supported. We make frequent use of it because it has become indispensable to us. One aspect I find about this platform is the sometimes slow loading times, especially when processing multiple feedback entries. Additionally, it requires little  amount of resources to operate effectively. For smaller businesses, the price may be a little higher, but it's definitely worth it.
