There is nothing I particularly like about it.

Half of their platform doesn't work half the time, it's completely unintuitive, and I've been extremely disappointed by the customer support too. They haven't responded to tickets. I raised six months ago.

Paid almost $3000 for nothing. 
I used the account maybe 2hrs worth setting everything up, everything was changed again because of esp settings. Outside of uptics control but their system is no robust enough to handle ongoing updates from esp. I know their platform works for others but for a new user and a small business this was a very bad experience. If your new and don't know what your doing per say you are left to figure it out of course. And the support will take 3-7 days to get back to you on anything and is dodgy about helping.

Unfortunately none I did not get to fully utilize the platform

**What do you like best about Uptics?**

The dynamic deliverability and personalization tools are top notch. They have been thoughtful about how to send outreach emails in an effective way while having other features to help convert prospects into customers.

**What do you dislike about Uptics?**

The biggest problem I have is the limited focus on email, leaving out a thoughtful omnichannel approach that works for more industries and sales processes. Also The limited focus on integrations. A tool like this should be able to sync and automate certain actions with other platforms that are used to engage with leads and customers. I would love to natively able to push and pull activity like dispositioned calls, email opens/clicks/replys, visits, appointments, etc, across different CRM systems and sales/marketing software.

**What problems is Uptics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending campaigns through uptics allows you to gather a lot of data about the effectiveness of your campaigns and deliverability of your emails. Added with thoughtful email sending features, this tool can help overcome bottlenecks in your cold email outreach campaigns.

**What do you like best about Uptics?**

I like that everything is integrated so well.  Usually, they have parts of the sales process in a program, yet sometimes the parts don't actually "talk" to each other.  Uptics' parts work well together.  It was as if the program was built by someone who has been successful at sales (oh, their CEO is a successful salesperson).  This program can keep a salesperson on track, whether that salesperson is an experienced pro or an entrepreneur who is scared of sales.  So, I focus on the sales aspect of the software (I like sales), but it integrates emails, phone calls, notes, progress of the prospect and tasks - and it does so extremely well.  

I bought this software to use in a start-up that I'm involved in.  I didn't want to use my other sales software with this start-up because I didn't want to have this start-up messing up my other sales software.  So, I bought the bare minimum and waited to implement it.  Well, when I did implement Uptics I was blown away.  This software is easy to use and way ahead of the other software that I was using.  I honestly think that an entrepreneur with no sales skills could implement this software and have major success.  In fact, this software could take someone who has a lot of trepidation with sales and help them enjoy selling.  Now I want to replace my the sales software in my other companies with Uptics.

**What do you dislike about Uptics?**

I don't know if I can do this or not, but I use Google Voice and this program integrates its power dialer with another phone company.  I would dislike it if I couldn't integrate my Google Voice number.  (Remember I haven't tried this yet.  This is the only negative I can find with this software.)

**What problems is Uptics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I was hoping to solve was to install a sales software program that a non-salesperson could successfully use.  This exceeded my expectations.  It has helped to remove the call reluctance and made sales easy.

They often change their business model and how they charge their users. In all fairness, they have honoured their past offers to long-term or LTD users. But, the change in the business model gives me an uneasy feeling. 
Also, while their tool is always involved, the UI changes all the time and makes the relearning process a bit harder.

**What do you like best about Uptics?**

Uptics was imagined and designed to have everything you need in a single email-sending platform, and they've succeeded.

They have all of the usual features you see in most email-sending platforms, and they up the ante by adding email warmup, spintax, email verification, campaigns, sequencing, and AI-enabled tools.  If you've ever had to cobble together various disparate tools/apps/API's to get the job done, then you can relate to the delight - and value - of having it all under one well-functioning roof.

The support is terrific, not just while they're helping with whatever issue you may be having, but afterwards they follow up to ensure all is well.  Many companies have support that's adequate but perhaps not stellar, and certainly no follow up.  Uptics support IS stellar, they follow up, and they truly seem to care and not just go through the motions of "ticking the box" that the trouble ticket was resolved, and then on to the next one.  Uptics doesn't leave you hanging or feeling unheard.

**What do you dislike about Uptics?**

Not much to dislike, really, other than the learning curve is a bit steep initially.  But that's true with nearly everything in life!  The robust features and capabilities require some commitment to learn, compared to less-capable platforms.  That's akin to buying a Maserati which would require time to learn and master, compared to say a moped. :)

**What problems is Uptics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The single platform that replaces numerous different apps/platforms results in greater ease of use, less complexity because the integrations are "under the hood" in Uptics, and less expense.  And it's all available now which is huge: I contacted a major well-known competitor of Uptics and asked why they don't mention spintax as one of their platform's features....they replied "We're aware of spintax and our design team is looking into it for a future release."  Time is money so why wait for others to catch up?  Uptics has it all now and that's value.

The features are rich, especially the dialler, which is unique for a sales tool.
The integrations are good and sequences are easy to set up and implement.

I have a legacy plan that is not as generous as newer tools in terms of monthly limits. I might need to upgrade.

I've just gotta share with you about this awesome thing I stumbled upon. Uptics. It does multichannel cold outreach all under one roof, and does it right.

Ever feel like cold emails are a constant game of hide 'n seek? You send one, then you wait... Send another, you wait some more... and it just keeps going on and on? Well, Uptics.io steps in and just takes care of the hard bits of your email outreach so you're not running around so much.

I have to admit, sometimes I pour my heart and soul into an email, but it feels like it's gone into a black hole, am I right? But with Uptics.io, my emails have been getting noticed a lot more. It's like a secret weapon making sure your emails get seen by the people that matter.

Uptics.io ain't just about sending emails either. It's got this smart system that helps figure out the best times to send your emails so that they show up when people are reading them. No more guesswork - I used to guess a lot, but with Uptics.io, its like I have inside info on when to send.

One of the most amazing things that Uptics solves is "sequencing" ability. I no longer chain together crazy Zapier automations and spend half of my Saturday pulling my hair out trying to find out exactly why it's broken, again. So if you want to send emails, follow up with sms, reach out on social, schedule followup calls, change pipeline states, uptics can do that, all in-house.

I can't leave out one the most important but somewhat less sexy parts of uptics. The crazy good tracking. Uptics.io lets me see when my emails get opened, clicked, even replied to! I really like seeing what happens next.

From an inside sales rep perspective, Uptics.io is a real gem. When dealing with big names like Fortune 1000 companies, having an extra pair of hands like Uptics.io is a huge relief.

I love knowing my emails are sent and seen. 

So if you're still thinking about Uptics.io, just give it a try. I reckon it'll be great move for your bottom line.

Had a little hiccup with a couple of features not working as they were supposed to. Dan in support got back to me and resolved them asap so no biggie.

Historically, we've had to chain together MANY different saas products to do the same thing that Uptics solves, each with a high monthly fee and a complicated integration that often broke down at exactly the wrong moment. It was no bueno. Uptics made it all better.

Uptics is a powerful cold outreach tool that has a ton of amazing sales features that just work. I've mostly used it for my cold outreach campaigns, but we will be moving our entire team to the platform moving forward so we can make use of the CRM, cold calling, and more complex sequences we have yet to implement. I know we'll get at least a 5x ROI from our use of this tool. If you're looking for an all-in-one sales tool for your team, I highly recommend you try out Uptics. You won't be disappointed.

The UI could be better, but it's a non-issue really. The team is always improving the speed and interface to make the platform better and more intuitive to use. They're really on top of things and I appreciate that about this software.

So many email deliverability features, and exclusive features like AI A/B testing, Workflow automation based on any contact criteria, auto contact enrollment and unenrollment.

Not many bugs, but there are occasional hosting problems, things not loading right, but nothing that a refresh cant fix.

**What do you like best about Uptics?**

Uptics has advanced spintax called snippets. Each snippet is organized into a group. A snippet can be text, paragraphs, images, whatever. You can then insert that group into an email template as you craft the template. No limit on how many snippet groups you can insert per email. Uptics will then randomly choose a snippet from each group for each email when sending out a batch of cold messages. You get thousands of variations! Less spam in the eyes of the email providers. Also ideal for AB testing!

**What do you dislike about Uptics?**

It would be nice if Uptics had more integrations with other apps that we use -  for managing leads, customer life cycle, email marketing automation, etc. Getting started and fully ramped up is a bit of a hump to get over if you haven't used such tools before, but they do provide some training which is very helpful.

Allows us to automate drip campaigns and convert a large list of leads we've accumulated over time

I have been using uptics for months now. Uptics has been easy to use. The support team is quick to respond and super helpful. There are so many features that I don't use yet but I can absolutly see how they would make it even better.

**What do you like best about Uptics?**

Uptics is great at what it does. It is a platform designed for marketers to send cold emails to get clients. I've looked at it before and then joined other platforms that seemed easier to use. However, they really had nothing but problems as they were NOT designed to do cold email well. Now I'm back, and I'm all in to learn how to do this right!

**What do you dislike about Uptics?**

It is complicated to start and requires time and effort. However, the cold email challenge walks us through everything step by step and by having some patience I'm very hopeful this will be a tool I will use for years to come.

**What problems is Uptics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I own a marketing agency, and my job is to get appointments for my different clients. Cold email is a unique tool that sets us apart from other agencies and is effective. Once we have things set up in Uptics it should easily turn a great ROI for us.

I bought this for the WarmUp feature to get my email addresses warmed up for use in another tool and that has worked great. 

However, as I have gone through the training, I am finding myself preparing to use Uptics for cold emailing as well.

**What do you dislike about Uptics?**

As mentioned in some other reviews, there is a lot going on on the inside, so the learning curve feels kind of steep. 

One thing I have not found yet is how to get multiple user emails added so messages send with the correct "from" address. I set up a second user and added the inbox, but the inbox got added to my primary user, so the test message showed as coming from that person. I haven't looked very long, but it seems it should be easier to find the answer than it has been so far.

Not a big dislike, more like a bit of an annoyance. My guess is as I dig some more I will find the answer. There is *a lot* of info available. 

From what I have seen so far, this is the platform I've been looking for for quite a while.

The big solve so far has been warming up new addresses. Deliverability is crucial and now I know my emails will hit the inbox. 

By having a sequence set up that includes multiple contact methods, we do not have to remember to do things, Uptics reminds us.

It's not just about email automation ... its about helping you build better outreach and manage it so that you can focus on providing the highest value possible for your prospects and clients.

**What do you dislike about Uptics?**

The awesome array of abilities ... things that Uptics allows me to do ... is a bit overwhelming. I'd like to see a bit more step-by-step onboarding and walking me through what to do and in what order. There is an onboarding sequence but with the Uptics U, YouTube, etc. I feel like I'm getting info via a firehose and am a bit overwelmed.

**What problems is Uptics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding and connecting to the right prospects. I don't feel like I have to go to 10 different apps to get done everything I need (email finding then verification, etc.) and worry I'm forgetting a step (oops! I'm supposed to warm up my emails. What??!!). Uptics has it all built in and I feel more secure.

Stumbled across Uptics via a Facebook ad. Was impressed by the Founder's instructional videos and the fact that they were early stage and nimble, rolling out improvements and testing new stuff. I had never heard of "warming" multiple burner email addresses, so they saved me from a disaster, trying something on my own. I have not yet fully "seasoned" my emails, so I have experience with the WarmUp tool but not Uptics itself yet.  Chat support is timely and first class, when I have asked questions. [Gave a Neutral 5 Recommendation to be adjusted when I actually experience using the tool]

**What do you dislike about Uptics?**

Getting started is confusing. Company needs to make it a lot clearer that the Warming tool is a separate product and precedes enrolling in the regular Uptics. If it takes 4 to 6 weeks to season an email address before use, what's the point in a 14-day trial? They should just automatically enroll you in the Free plan until you're ready to start sending campaigns. You can use this time to get educated and start composing the text of your messages. It would be helpful if they arranged the training videos in a single place, in a logical sequence. You get so many links to them in so many different places that you can't track what you've watched and what you haven't. It's like they're trying too hard with the multiple onboarding messages!

Prospecting niche target markets for a patented longevity medical device. Supplementing direct mail marketing and possibly extending to texting and voice mail drops.

I love that it has everything you need in one place. CRM, engagement, email, phone, etc. I was looking for something with an email focus rather than phones. Most similar platforms focus more on phones, but didn't want to ruin my domain. The WarmUp tool is great!

It's a little buggy at times, but that can be expected with startups/early software. I can see they're working to improve it. Don't love the "uptics" model necesarily but since my business is so small, it makes sense for us and we'll never go over it. So, I like that they are catering to smaller companies.

I like that Uptics has an easy tracking of contacts.  I didn't need anything elaborate so there is not lots of extras to get your distracted.  Two-way sync with your emails is very helpful, plus easy to import CSV files.

**What do you dislike about Uptics?**

I'm not a techy and it took me some time to figure out how to set things up.  My biggest dislike is that when you are manually entering a contact you can't go from the file creation directly to notes or even send them an email.  You have to create and save the file then remember the name or email and pick them out of the list to complete the research or data that you have. If there is a way to do it all at once I have not found it or figured it out.

Additionally, they send you tons of emails during the onboarding.  I know that they want you to know how to use the product but it is overwhelming with them blowing up your email box, or at least that is how it felt.

If you are not sure, just try it.  They offer a free trial.  There is more automation than some may need but it is there to help.

**What do you like best about Uptics?**

Pleasantly surprised by Uptics, over the last few months I've tried a bunch of sales software like Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc. - but none of them were really sales enablement platforms. Outreach and Salesloft are the major players in sales enablement but are pretty expensive especially for a new business. Uptics however, is a really great balance between value and performance, with sequences, email tracking, and more it's an easy-to-use and meaningful software for those who want to invest in their sales outreach. You've got to respect Patrick's hustle and Dan from Support has been really helpful. There may be a few snags along the way but it appears the team is working on it and I think it's a very real alternative to Outreach and SalesLoft.

**What do you dislike about Uptics?**

- saving Sequences UI/UX - I've lost a few sequences I've worked on either by mistake or the system, not exactly sure but I think overall the UI needs a few minor fixes
- integrations - new platform so I imagine this is in the roadmap, but a native integration with HubSpot or Salesforce would be great. Zapier is an alternative but once the integration side of things opens up it could be really great!

- Uptics helps with managing and building pipeline, while CRMs are good for just having data in one central place, a sales enablement platform makes outreach simple and effective. Our biggest problem before was getting started, meaning we had leads, we had sales content, and obviously a product/service we wanted to sell but we needed a way to continue to do outbound sales without losing track and forgetting things, Uptics helps with that. So far we've gotten responses and opens from our leads and hope to build off of that.

The UI and UX was good. I was able to understand how to use the tool without needing to take up a demo. The clear onboarding does help too. I also like that feature updates were regular.

**What do you dislike about Uptics?**

The email automation was a little glitchy. I spent a few hours using it but it kept on deleting my steps and I had to start from scratch. Support was helpful but it took them 5 days to respond, "How can I help?". But perhaps what is worse is that they did not give me what I paid for. I purchased a lifetime deal of their highest plan but 6 months later they moved me to the basic plan and reduce the email send limits. This is unacceptable!

Support is not trustworthy. You want a partner that can hold your hands when you hit an obstacle not one that will throw you under the bus. Avoid at all cost.

I think Uptics is a really interesting player in the field of cold email outreach. It does the basics regarding cold outreach (ex., tracking opens, responses, unsubs, etc) and it also provides an easy-to-use interface for responding to leads. But the three standout features include its super-simple integration with Google Workspace, its snippets (which are essentially an advanced form of spintax), and its focus on closing deals. I haven't seen many other cold outreach tools go this far and implement these kinds of features.

**What do you dislike about Uptics?**

I have no complaints regarding Uptics. I don't use the "sales" part as much, though. My goals are to win backlinks. I think maybe Uptics might be putting themselves in too narrow of a box and could easily sell the uses of this platform outside the realm of simply closing deals. It's fantastic cold outreach software in its own right.
