**What do you like best about Upscale?**

Upscale has helped our 20 member sales team to improve sales productivity by almost 3X. We have been able to reach out to a larger number of prospects in far less time, that too in a very structured way using sales sequences. We have been able to book more meetings ing with our prospects.

**What do you dislike about Upscale?**

Upscale does what it's intended for but it will be great to wait for meeting recording and transcription feature for video meetings over google meet and Zoom calls.

Upscale has solved the following problems for us-
- Building a way more consistent pipeline by making our sales team more productive with sales cadences and prospecting playbooks.
- We wanted to automated many king of mundane and repetitive tasks and get insights to help our sales team only focus on great conversations.
- We wanted to have a multichannel approach to prospecting which involved emails, phone calls and LinkedIn.

**What do you like best about Upscale?**

The best thing about Upscale is the combination of how simple it is to setup and use and how powerful it is. Setting up phones, email, LinkedIn, Whatsapp, and sequences and tasks was a relative breeze. And using it now and managing tasks is easy enough that they are actually used.

**What do you dislike about Upscale?**

I dont have a big dislike, more like minor quibbles. Would be nice to have the LinkedIn tool a bit more automated, but LinkedIn doesnt want that so I understand. Would also be nice to have a warmer but Google has recently gone very anti-warmer, so again I understand why they have not done it.

**What problems is Upscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a full sales engagement platform. We have been on a sender rotation email sequencer-and still are-but we needed a multi-channel platform, and something far better suited to an ABM strategy. Upscale with emai, phone, sms, linkedin, and whatsapp definitley covers our needs.

**What do you like best about Upscale?**

Upscale is really user-friendly and easy to navigate. You don't need to be tech-savvy to figure out how to use it. 
- I really like the automation features. It saves me a lot of time and effort by allowing me to send out follow-up emails and reminders to prospects automatically.
- The sequence reporting is really helpful as well. I can see which campaigns are working and which aren't to adjust my strategy in real-time.

**What do you dislike about Upscale?**

While the automation features are great, I sometimes wish there were more options for templates. For example, I'd like to refer to templates for situations like prospect clicks but doesn't book a meeting.

**What problems is Upscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Upscale helps me stay organized and keep track of all my sales activities. 
- Streamlines my workflow and ensures that I never miss an important follow-up.
- The seamless integration with the CRM allows me to have all my sales data in one place, eliminating the need for manual data entry.
- Another great benefit is the ability to schedule emails in advance. This allows me to work ahead and plan my outreach strategy, even when I'm busy with other tasks. I can set up emails to be sent at the most optimal times, increasing the chances of getting a response.

Overall, Upscale saves me time, helps me maintain a high level of organization, and improves my chances of closing deals.

One of the key advantages of Upscale is its automation capabilities, which have allowed us to streamline our outreach efforts and save valuable time. One aspect that we found slightly challenging is the limit of templates. They can add more scenarios, making it easy even for freshers to use.

**What do you like best about Upscale?**

I was amazed by the LinkedIn extension offered by Upscale. As LinkedIn is our main source of leads, it was crucial for us to have a CRM extension that could extract our leads into a well-organized pipeline, and Upscale does this wonderfully. The chrome extension's task feature allows us to semi-automate messages, connection requests, and inmails, which is incredibly convenient when dealing with an inbox full of new leads on a daily basis. We barely have to touch LinkedIn itself. Just try Upscale and you'll see what I mean.

The dashboard is simple yet advanced, and after spending just half a day exploring the platform, I felt right at home. Everything is well laid out and makes perfect sense once you get familiar with the platform.

The support is stellar; they respond within seconds. I've interacted with the support team through their live chat several times, and each time, I've been more than satisfied with their assistance. They always respond in a timely manner.

it's hard to find anything to dislike about upscale, it already feels like a mature CRM even though its still in its infancy.

**What problems is Upscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my case, using Upscale has made it much easier for me to manage and nurture leads on LinkedIn. The automation features have helped me save time and focus on the more important aspects of my business, such as building relationships with potential clients. The well-organized pipeline has also allowed me to keep track of my leads and ensure that I am following up with them at the right time. Overall, Upscale has helped me to increase my efficiency, improve my sales pipeline, and ultimately grow my business.

**What do you like best about Upscale?**

1. The platform is very well thought out and designed to suit all the needs of an SDR. 
2. Right from Emails to LinkedIn, every functionality is present.
3. Ability to cold call is also present within the platform with additional accessibility of choosing from multiple local numbers.
4. Some extent of LinkedIn automation makes it even better and easier to use.
5. Support is really good. In case of any issues, the team is quick to hop on a call and help.

1. If LinkedIn could be automated even more, that'd make my life way easier.
2. If data of prospects could also be integrated within the platform, and help with their recent activities, intents, etc, that'd make it holistic.

Well upscale helped our team in improving the productivity by a really good amount. The upscale strategies helped our team to focus more on the quality leads. Converting leads to the meetings became so easy and smooth in tracking.

For new users, it's a bit complex to understand and to get the maximum out of the platform. 
Upscale has many features but customization can be tough for new users to understand and implement.

Well when you are in the sales business, all you need is to focus is on closing more meetings. So upscale strategies helped us really in closing more meetings. Another thing which upscale helped in our business is focusing on more quality leads in general. That is the key in the sales business that you don't waste much time on low-quality leads. So when these leads get eliminated in process, that will save a lot of resources for us.

Filters and search bar, both of them could have been improved

The workflow of Upscale is extremely easy to manage and work with. Apart from that customer support is something that I am very happy with. I would recommend this to those who are using HubSpot.

Nothing much I disliked about Upscale everything is great for the price point. I feel data analytics can be better that will be eventually fixed over a period of time as per my discussion with the team

One of the major issues with tools like Upscale is native email integration which upscale offers and apart from the pricing at which they are offering is great. Even few things that they offer are better then Hubspot like LinkedIn task which help you directly open prospect account without manually searching them which saves a lot of time and efforts.

Now that we have structured sales sequences, we can track progress and compare the performance of our sales outreach on Upscale. Along with this, the best part about Upscale includes

- Easy-to-use interface
- Uploading prospects and getting started with campaigns is easy
- Followups can be planned better when we can track every action that prospect takes
- Whenever we need assistance, the support team is available
- As a result of automating mundane tasks, our team has saved overall time and effort

Upscale is going,  and minor issues are inevitable, but the team is always available to help

Email and sales sequence blueprints and templates are available, but I recommend adding call scripts, and LinkedIn messages as well.

Our primary challenge was to book more meetings with our prospects by bringing consistency within the team. We wanted to ensure everyone follows a common strategy and track progress to keep improving. With the remote team setup, it had been difficult to follow a set process.

Upscale has helped us reach prospects at scale without compromising the quality of the conversations. The performance of campaigns has increase drastically since followups are consistent now.

Support from the team is outstanding. It did not take more time for me or my team to start a campaign, though it was a new tool for us. It is also helpful that we can set up multichannel campaigns.

The customer success team is highly responsive and solves any issues right away, always up for good feedback.

Haven't found anything to dislike, there used to be a throttle option to limit emails going from a campaign, this needs to be back to the product asap.

Upscale was a surprsingly simple set up, and nice UX. Easy interface and pretty simple from the get go. Plug and play yur leads into the CRM, follow ups and pleanty of features. Everything you need to manage leads and an entire CRM system.

It's got great analytics, multichannels and out teams loves the call features.

It's very user-friendly, and the interface is kept neat and clean. You can run email campaigns smoothly and track insights easily. The support team is always ready to help you whenever required.

I wish exported data should be directly downloaded to the computer instead of just emailing it. I also feel that there should be an export button in the Sequence > Prospect.

A freinds referred Upscale to me and from signup it was a very seamless experience. The product was inituitive despite having a wide range of features. The customer support was an icing on the cake. I highly recommend Upscale to be in your arsenal of tools.

There isn't much I disliked but sometimes there were some issues with the analytics like I felt the open rate and CTR is wrong. But this happened rarely. Apart from this everything perfect till date for me.

Upscale helped me in automating my prospect reach out and understand what's working and what's not while reaching out. It let me create campaigns according to the prospect profile and even double down in ICP as well.

With upscale, you can create your custom outreach process with ease and really accelerate it. I also love the a/b testing with the mail campaigns, which really hellp us to make quick adjustments to our outreach process.

The interface is very user-friendly and the workflows are intuitive. It simply does the job within a short amount of onboarding time - compared to others who probably have more buttons lying around each page.

I did not get to explore more on the data parts of the journeys, I heard they are not that robust, but hey - I got hot leads!

The interface is easy to navigate, allowing users to set triggers based on customer behavior or actions taken by the company. For example, if a prospect opens an email you sent, you'll get notified.  This gives you an option of how you'd like to continue the interaction—an email message or phone call—and ensures that all of your contacts are always up-to-date on important aspects.

Upscale is a powerful platform that configures the selling process across multiple channels like email, calls, and LinkedIn. You can mass import contacts, and update them to the CRM automatically. It saves you time and ensures that each contact is properly attended to. Some important things that I'd like to highlight: - It automates sending repetitive tasks - Automated follow-ups ensure the conversations are consistent- The UI is very simple and easy to use.

I didn't think I would ever use the phrase, "I don't dislike anything" when describing an app. But here we are. 
Nothing is perfect but I think rapid improvements have been done.

A lot of prospects end up replying to follow-up emails that were automatically sent. The email metrics also help in validating we are doing things right. The insights and reports are also added advantage to ensure we are not depending on guesswork but are rather data-driven.

We also like the chrome extension functionality to perform LinkedIn activities.

Would have been to have a chrome extension for Gmail as well to automatically perform actions.

Many things, but I will keep it simple and short. The two-way link with Hubspot is smooth! Adding prospects is smoother. Defining workflow and setting them as active is even more smoother. Follow-up methodology and ease of use are even smoother. Sandeep and his team's after-sales support is the smoothest! This tool has helped me increase my sales touchpoints and my follow-up game is on point!

Sales in general can be a tricky thing. It's easy to get lost in the minutiae, and it's hard to make sure you're doing everything right. Upscale has a solution for that: they've automated various parts of the sales process, especially follow-ups so that no opportunities are missed. It also made the team more efficient. We don't spend time guessing what might be missing from the pipeline of prospective customers because the insights tell us everything. The learnings from Upscale has increased our scope of reaching more cold prospects. The result being a 30% increase in outbound success rate.

The IT team is prompt on updates and feature requests and problem-solving. 
Features like way calling, note-making, generic task generation, and LinkedIn extension.
The product is capable of Sales Marketing - Cold or warm. one of the best Sales Engagement tools ever used.

few bugs nothing in major. 
The lagging issue is a bit of a problem, but with recent optimization, it is solved.
