**What do you like best about Upscale?**

I liked that it helps me monitor my email deliverability and identify whether it  is a bad lead that I'm reaching out to - or not. It can also help me automate the next steps I should take like send a linkedin connection request when a lead opens up my email.

**What do you dislike about Upscale?**

The calling option is stucked most of the time. It constantly crashes every 5 minutes even though I am actively using it. They need to improve this as it is terrible for productivity.

**What problems is Upscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me automate my email sequences to my LinkedIn initiatives and calls however, the calling option is stuck most of the time. The platform constantly crashes every 5 minutes even though I am actively using it. They need to improve this as it is terrible for productivity. .
