**What do you like best about Upscale?**

As someone who works in the sales development function, I have used a lot of email automation tools. However, upscale stands out as one of the most user-friendly tools with some incredible features that enable you to run multiple campaigns in various regions simultaneously and give you a detailed analysis of your campaign. If you work in sales, I highly suggest you try this tool.

There are none as of yet, but there is always room for improvement.

**What do you like best about Upscale?**

Upscale has all the essential features to get your outreach started with a structured workflow. It’s easy to use. Managing and tracking team performance helps in boosting productivity. The templates have made it easier to draft manual, personalized emails. It has decluttered and organized our sales process for both outbound and inbound prospects. +1 for customer support! The team is ever ready to help and we’ve always got our queries answered in no time.

**What do you dislike about Upscale?**

The settings section is a bit tricky. But the feedback is given and we’re sure there will be considerable improvements in time.

**What problems is Upscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve used Upscale for the multi-touch options including manual and auto emails for outbound and inbound outreach, calling for cold prospects, and LinkedIn outreach for all prospects. The reports have helped us in taking insights and improving our process. Upscale is highly recommended by me and the team!

The simple and clear user interface is appreciable. It was easy to find the way around in a few days after the demo and onboarding. The support team is always there to help if there is any challenge. Upscale takes the load and pressure off from booking meetings. The workflow steps can be automated to keep the communication consistent.

There are no specific flaws since the platform is designed keeping modern sales outreach in mind. I look forward to the new features.

By adding multiple channels in the outreach I have found the response rate has increased. Prospects feel more valuable since their preference is considered. There is no break in the interactions since we've automated certain follow-ups. Great work team! Upscale support makes you truly valuable, and your feedback is always taken seriously. Upscale is a sales engagement platform that helps you make the most of your sales team's time. It allows reps to close deals faster and stay productive by generating leads, automatically replying to emails, creating personalized schedules, and tracking leads in real-time. I've seen outcomes and it's been great!

I feel the platform is ever-evolving and their product team is working really hard to fit our customizations. All in all, I find the product satisfies my needs.

Upscale helps sales reps keep track of their activities of their by connecting notes, tasks and review sessions in one place; providing a real-time view of each rep's performance. The simplicity of using the platform helps in making the most out of it with minimum effort. There is a full range of features including multi-channel outreach, call recording, automation, and much more to structure your sales process. The team in general is very helpful and support is accessible 24x7.

Upscale is a well thought out platform and every new feature launch only makes it better. It's a mainstream platform for every sales team.

Our primary agenda was to reach more prospects and with the improved team productivity we've got started. 
There is a long way to go and I'am glad it's going to happen through Upscale.

**What do you like best about Upscale?**

Upscale enables us to reach multiple prospects at once. It keeps track of tasks and ensures we’re focused. The reports and analytics help pace the process and identify issues immediately. You can even record calls for later. The integrations are simple and good to get you started immediately. They’re integrated with multiple CRMs, Zapier, and much more. There is also a semi-automated chrome extension for LinkedIn tasks!

Upscale has everything you need to get started! Dislike is a strong word; I don’t have anything to add here.

Keeping you focused and relevant is a by-product of this sales engagement platform. You are prompted for task completion, and task management is also helpful. Upscale is a great SEP, and you must use it if you want to see results!

Compared to other sales engagement platforms, Upscale should be given a chance. The tagging feature helps in sorting out prospects and assigning workflows accordingly. The mass importing of prospects have helped in swift actions. Adding notes to prospects helps in personalizing the messages and tracking previous conversations. Upscale has an overall feel-good factor and is a must-have in terms of sales aid.

We found the interface slightly confusing maybe because it was new but the knowledge base guided well and the team support is commendable!

**What do you like best about Upscale?**

I can create workflows, make phone calls and take notes on the go! The best part is everything I need is on a single platform. I've used a similar platform to manage my sales tasks but the smart workflows and triggers are quite helpful. Partnering with Upscale has been great in terms of sales engagement and getting more qualified prospects. The insights from sales reporting have helped us in tracking performance, It's easy to merge prospect details from our CRM to Upscale and access them from both the apps. The automation using triggers has helped in simplifying our sales prospecting strategies.

On the first go, we found nothing to dislike about the platform. Upscale has helped with what was promised!

We found a one-app solution for all our sales outreach requirements. From prospecting to sales acceleration, and conversion, Upscale has helped us stay organized and always updated! The multi-channel outreach option has enabled more channels of communication and more accurate touchpoints. Another distinct point is the people behind Upscale – the team is always ready to help!

Nothing specific! There have been a few instances we got stuck but the team is always available to help us sort out if there is an issue.

We used Upscale to manage all leads through every sales cycle stage. Simple integration with CRM enabled a bi-directional sync for all their prospect data. Gradually the team preferred Upscale for the complete sales outreach process. The team performs everything from assigning new prospects to managing tasks and activities on Upscale. There is more. The team can keep track of their completed and upcoming tasks too. There is transparency as the management can quickly analyze performance from the dashboard. There is no guesswork anymore; our strategy is now data-driven!

Tag concatenation is one thing I faced an issue with while adding the same prospect on multiple tags through different prospect list uploads and now I don't find any difficulty in adding the same propects under different tags even under different prospect sheet uploads

Absolutely nothing! The product is great and highly recommended!

Although in the beginning, the product felt fully loaded with features, as soon as you start using it, it gets into your muscle memory.

Navigating the platform still needs some practice and more time spent on the tool. The initial few months need consistent touch with the support team. Feature-wise, maps the requirement

however, some innovative features are not yet live so excited to use the tool later with full capability.

Upscale combines all the essential features for effective sales engagement on its platform. You can do it all from multi-channel outreach, automation, scheduling, tagging, and much more. The key highlights that I remember are
1. Customizable prospect fields for better personalization
2. Easy to maintain workflows which can be dynamically adjusted based on specific prospects. You can add or remove steps whenever you like.
3. The best part is with auto-emails you can be assured that you never miss out on follow-ups.
4. The support team is great! Always very accommodating and helpful!

It would be nice if they continue adding more enhancements. However, for now, it works just fine.

The A/B testing feature is helpful in deciding based on data and not presumptions. Another useful thing is that you can create multiple threads in a single workflow. I like the interface where I get to see all the tasks that are pending and also the automated workflows and trigger combinations are a bliss to the productivity.

I would have preferred a few features of my own that should be there, but I have heard that they are soon coming up with a feature request portal, that should solve it.

We are using it to help our SDRs be focused, save time, and book more meetings. Also giving managers hold of things and overseeing SDR performance. It has hiked our meetings booked.

Upscale for us has been a great asset while executing all our outbound workloads. Its easy setup, intuitive design, and well-thought-through features helped us in getting started with our outbound workloads very quickly. The Workflows feature helped us to structure our outbound campaigns with finer details and the tools help to easily segment your prospect & accounts and define tasks around them.

It’s quite easy to identify opt-outs and prospects who don’t engage at all. It helps in decluttering and ensuring a structured approach for outreach.

The platform comes with a Multi-channel Outreach, Built with customizable, repeatable and automated sales cadences. it is also a dailer with call recording and we can easily take the report and strategy.

Nothing much has it is only specifically helpful to Asia and India region may be in future days it will be upgraded to the other regions too looking forward for those things.

The smooth flow of all different touchpoints. Example: LinkedIn Reachouts, Email Reachouts etc. It gives a clear picture of the entire sales process right from prospecting to closing.

**What do you like best about Upscale?**

I rely on Upscale entirely to automate my sales activities through intelligent workflows and triggers. I have worked on many sales engagement platforms with similar features. Still, I have found that Upscale's sales engagement capability has a lot of depth regarding sales engagement and booking more qualified meetings. It’s a very impactful sales engagement tool that helps me automate my sales workflows and get insights from sales reporting. Allows me to make any global phone call and take notes on the fly. And all of this sync's well with HubSpot CRM. I have also built a lot of automation using Upscale's triggers functionality.

**What do you dislike about Upscale?**

One of the challenges is to define use cases and set those as triggers to automate a lot of manual activities, but that comes with the maturity of using a product.

**What problems is Upscale solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Upscale has helped us with a great deal to track all outbound demand gen activities. It helps us streamline our sales process and activities better to generate more demand. I was able to work on templates and keep things uniform.

**What do you like best about Upscale?**

I like how I can streamline my sales outreach workflows using Upscale. My reps exactly know what they need to do on a particular day & on a specific prospect. The triggers functionality helps me achieve automation on assigning prospects to workflows based on specific rules.

I couldn't find much that I disliked. The platform is new & evolving. I like the pace with which the Upscale team works on my requirement & delivers them on time.
