What do you like best about Uberall?

the most useful part of Uberall is the ease of use and being able to manage a number of business locations and reviews all in one place. It has enabled my team and I to easily manage everything we need without any issues. The customer support has been great every time I have needed to reach out to the support team, the ease of integration within my team and wider business has also been a massive time saviour. What do you like best about Uberall?

They're fantastically helpful and offer both a hands-off and a hands-on approach depending on how much you know about listings and local SEO strategy. I find their reporting to be great - the most accurate Google Star Rating I've experienced and I've had home-grown reporting options, Reputation, Chatmeter, etc -- and Uberall's accuracy is the best. They are always making UX changes for the better and often reach out for betas and surveys to see how to make their product better. Their system is transparent and easy to use. What do you dislike about Uberall?

I don't dislike anything about Uberall. There are some listings that make updating a very manual project, but I suggest reaching out to your account/project manager as they have ways of making things easier. I don't use their review system because I have an internal one that's connected to our CRM that we use. Otherwise, Uberall is very good and always getting better. What do you like best about Uberall?

What do you dislike about Uberall?

This is a large company based in Europe. They are not about building a helpful relationship, and they only care about your business because they make money on you. Not a big surprise, we all get it, but don't let their salesperson fool you. When you have issues, their help desk will READ to you articles available on line. They are not a solutions company and if you need anything specific or have questions, they can't help. Read the fine print very carefully of your contract and have your lawyer review it. They will remind you that it is legally binding. We all understand contracts, but to have them so rigid for questions and issues was mind-blowing. There are LOTS of other options out there. What do you like best about Uberall?

Saves me so much time. I love the feed, if I need to search through our almost 300 restaurants for a specific review.. I can find it in seconds! What do you like best about Uberall?

Uberall appears to have a technically sound product with the potential to manage location data and reviews at scale. The platform itself was not the issueit was the process surrounding it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uberall?

We approached Uberall with a clear, high-volume opportunity: a fast-moving agency with existing location-based clients, infrastructure to scale, and zero onboarding burden. We laid out our terms, made our process transparent, and were ready to move fast.

We maintain consistent sales and steady high-volume inbound lead flow. As an exclusive partner of one of the largest website platforms in the world, we were simply looking to align with a listing and reputation provider that could keep up with our growth.

Instead of engaging professionally, Uberall’s team insisted on outdated sales formalities, multiple calls, no written confirmation, and zero flexibility around their process. When we declined to participate in that model and asked for clarity in writing, the deal stalled.

Their Director of Partnerships described our offer, one with all risk on us, no support required from them, and recurring revenue, as "too risky." That response told us everything we needed to know.

Uberall is the only company in its category that still hides pricing behind a rigid sales process with no actual competitive advantage to justify it. Every competitor we evaluated provided clear terms and engaged in writing without hesitation. Uberall was the exception.

They may be positioned for slow-moving brands, but they are not built for high-performance agencies. If you are looking for a partner that respects your time and operates at speed, look elsewhere. We have since reallocated volume to a provider that understands what partnership actually means.

What do you like best about Uberall?

Uberall has been a very helpfull tool for connecting with our customers, via FB, Google Reviews, Yelp, etc... Easy to use and answer our customers questions, reply to good or bad reviews as well as posting our Grocery Store ads and specials on FB and more. It's easy to log on whenever we want to view revis and post ads. They have great customer support as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
