They're fantastically helpful and offer both a hands-off and a hands-on approach depending on how much you know about listings and local SEO strategy. I find their reporting to be great - the most accurate Google Star Rating I've experienced and I've had home-grown reporting options, Reputation, Chatmeter, etc -- and Uberall's accuracy is the best. They are always making UX changes for the better and often reach out for betas and surveys to see how to make their product better. Their system is transparent and easy to use. There are some listings that make updating a very manual project, but I suggest reaching out to your account/project manager as they have ways of making things easier. I don't use their review system because I have an internal one that's connected to our CRM that we use. Otherwise, Uberall is very good and always getting better. They've also been able to help us with providing a way to bulk update our GBP posts and Apple Business Connect showcase.
