What do you like best about Uberall?

Everything piece of info sync to every platform, so there are still some areas where you will need to manually make adjustments within the platform. As long as you go in with this understanding and expectation, you will be fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Uberall solving and how is that benefiting you?

Uberall helps solve the issue of having our 100 locations across all brands reply seamlessly to reviews. They are able to go to one platform to reply as oppsed to having to go to multiple. What do you like best about Uberall?

It came as a relief to note just how many facets Uberall has for our digital front and the associated management of our listings, especially the analytics that help me understand how well my listings are doing. We have been able to track such measurements as visitors’ attention to specific locations and it has proven significantly useful. It offers us more insights into our marketing choices and allows us to respond in a timely manner. The software reporting features are another asset to our growth plan. What do you dislike about Uberall?

The usefulness of Uberall is hampered by its infrequent disregard for customization in the reporting tools. However, it’s often that doing so for looking for a specific insights for use case is somewhat limiting. Since this happens, we will be able to measure some KPIs far more precisely, while tailoring reports to stakeholders. If only these reporting tools were a little bit more flexible, they could suit more than a few business needs. As a result, we have to resort to other tools for deeper analysis. Uberall has been awesome in helping us to respond quickly to customer feedback from varied platforms to improve our online reputation too. Previously, it was easy to miss or delay responses which affected customer satisfaction. Today, with our consolidated review management, we are able to keep on top of our interactions and demonstrate we care about our feedback. What do you like best about Uberall?

I think is a great tool if you want to manage various locations at once and also make sure the locations are available on all the digital maps or the most important ones. It also lets you manage the reviews and comments people do on Google for example and even give replies with IA to make the best reply possible. Overall the experience is really great, maybe for a better experience they could allow you to group different locations in the case you have locations with different internal meaning, that will help keep better track of what you want to see and also better metrics depending on the locations. What do you like best about Uberall?

Uberall has all the functionnalities you need. Every field is available in their API. The customer support is very good and fast. We get a lot of analytics and also apple analytics which is great. Our product requests are really taken into account and our customer success is always available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uberall?

Location manager can't export their locations to make excel updates, which is not practical when they have hundreds of businesses.

You can't synchronise all you locations with your meta account if you don't own ALL the facebook pages of your businesses (which is often the case with franchises), otherwise it will create doubles. Which means you have to synchronise your businesses one by one. We let it to our business manager to handle but it is too complicated for them so we've had a lot of issues.

There is a need for us to have a chat/number for our business managers because we receive a lot of questions/demands for help and the customer support is not enough as it doesn't respond directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Uberall has been a frustrating experience. The platform is difficult to navigate, and the dashboard results don't clearly correspond with actual sales performance, which makes it hard to evaluate its effectiveness. Additionally, getting in touch with their support team when you need help is not an easy process. While the concept is promising, the execution leaves much to be desired. What do you like best about Uberall?

And it's no exaggeration to say that Uberall has revolutionized how we manage our local business listings. All the information goes straight from our various platforms and centralized on one. Maintaining our online visibility here is key for attracting local customers. With Uberall, we’ve seen a great increase in foot traffic since we started using it since this tool helps resolve an issue that sometimes leaves potential clients confused by having inconsistent information. What do you dislike about Uberall?

The biggest downside to be mentioned is that Uberall’s customer support takes longer to provide customers with service. In cases of having problems or questions, it may take quite sometime to get the assistance we require in solving these problems. In addition, whereas the platform has many aspects, some of them are nondescript, especially to new members. Uberall has gone on to really transform local business listing management. This takes our information and centralizes it, so we just have to keep it accurate across all our other platforms. To attract local customers, our presence in the local ranking is very important, this was where we were on first place. Uberall allows you to address a problem that I’ve noticed with a lot of businesses - inconsistent information that often causes confusion to potential clients. I love how Uberall simplifies managing our online presence. It’s like having a control panel where you can push updates out to everywhere your business is listed, all at once. The best part? Being able to jump right into conversations with our customers thanks to the swift review management tools. On the flip side, Uberall’s pricing feels a bit heavy, especially if you're just starting out or if you're a small operation trying to stay budget-conscious. Also, some of their tools aren’t exactly pick-up-and-play—you’ll need to set aside some time to really get the hang of them. And yeah, there have been a couple of hiccups with syncing up with a few lesser-known platforms, but customer service has been on hand to help sort things out. What do you like best about Uberall?

I really enjoy how clean and simple using Uberall is. It's really easy to find and I like how when going into the platform you can immediately see the actions and what you need to do to fix them.

I like the scoring system when you first log in and how you get a simple and clear summary of where things are up to. We found the integration process was also easy and smooth with no hiccups so I would definitely recommend using Uberall.

What do you like best about Uberall?

I think Uberall’s best strength is that it is strategically positioned to help us ensure that our business listings are consistent across all platforms. This has saved our time and allowed us to focus or meet our other goals that are significant to us. Technology behind Uberall gives numerous analytic data about customers that help in reviewing campaigns and improving local searching position. A drawback of Uberall is that it is not always the fastest when it comes to synchronizing change across different platforms. Sometimes, it has prolonged to result in old information being published and this is quite irritating as it demoralizes the customers and reduces brand loyalty. Furthermore, the customer support response time may also be shorter since the time it takes to address some concerns end up taking a long time hence affects the timeliness of the listing information.
