The usefulness of Uberall is hampered by its infrequent disregard for customization in the reporting tools. However, it’s often that doing so for looking for a specific insights for use case is somewhat limiting. Since this happens, we will be able to measure some KPIs far more precisely, while tailoring reports to stakeholders. If only these reporting tools were a little bit more flexible, they could suit more than a few business needs. As a result, we have to resort to other tools for deeper analysis. I think is a great tool if you want to manage various locations at once and also make sure the locations are available on all the digital maps or the most important ones. It also lets you manage the reviews and comments people do on Google for example and even give replies with IA to make the best reply possible. Overall the experience is really great, maybe for a better experience they could allow you to group different locations in the case you have locations with different internal meaning, that will help keep better track of what you want to see and also better metrics depending on the locations. Uberall has all the functionnalities you need. Every field is available in their API. The customer support is very good and fast. We get a lot of analytics and also apple analytics which is great. Location manager can't export their locations to make excel updates, which is not practical when they have hundreds of businesses.
You can't synchronise all you locations with your meta account if you don't own ALL the facebook pages of your businesses (which is often the case with franchises), otherwise it will create doubles. Which means you have to synchronise your businesses one by one. We let it to our business manager to handle but it is too complicated for them so we've had a lot of issues.

The platform is difficult to navigate, and the dashboard results don't clearly correspond with actual sales performance, which makes it hard to evaluate its effectiveness. Additionally, getting in touch with their support team when you need help is not an easy process. While the concept is promising, the execution leaves much to be desired. The biggest downside to be mentioned is that Uberall’s customer support takes longer to provide customers with service. In cases of having problems or questions, it may take quite sometime to get the assistance we require in solving these problems. In addition, whereas the platform has many aspects, some of them are nondescript, especially to new members. I really enjoy how clean and simple using Uberall is. It's really easy to find and I like how when going into the platform you can immediately see the actions and what you need to do to fix them.
I like the scoring system when you first log in and how you get a simple and clear summary of where things are up to. We found the integration process was also easy and smooth with no hiccups so I would definitely recommend using Uberall.

A drawback of Uberall is that it is not always the fastest when it comes to synchronizing change across different platforms. Sometimes, it has prolonged to result in old information being published and this is quite irritating as it demoralizes the customers and reduces brand loyalty. Furthermore, the customer support response time may also be shorter since the time it takes to address some concerns end up taking a long time hence affects the timeliness of the listing information.
