The platform has the potential to be a helpful centralized hub for managing local listings across multiple directories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Uberall? Support is non-existent. We have been waiting over 6 days for a response from our customer success manager regarding critical issues with zero updates. The system is pushing unapproved, incorrect data to our Google pages. This is causing massive confusion for our customers and employees. Additionally, we are experiencing '500' error codes when trying to respond to Yelp reviews, making the reputation management side of the platform unusable. The setup was also very challenging, as we received a very brief 20-minute demo, after which we were not permitted to ask questions but instead submit a form. It took Uberall almost 30 days to respond to my questions once they found the form that went missing. After this, getting the social media pages linked was very difficult and we are still having issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Instead of solving problems, it is creating them. The lack of customer support makes it impossible to resolve these technical glitches, leaving our business stuck with incorrect public information.
