What do you like best about Uberall?

I really enjoy how clean and simple using Uberall is. It's really easy to find and I like how when going into the platform you can immediately see the actions and what you need to do to fix them.

I like the scoring system when you first log in and how you get a simple and clear summary of where things are up to. We found the integration process was also easy and smooth with no hiccups so I would definitely recommend using Uberall.

What do you dislike about Uberall?

It would be good to have the option to add over 20 keywords if possible. Or the opportunity to add map locations via coordinates rather than map as there can be some issues sometimes with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Uberall?

I think Uberall’s best strength is that it is strategically positioned to help us ensure that our business listings are consistent across all platforms. This has saved our time and allowed us to focus or meet our other goals that are significant to us. Technology behind Uberall gives numerous analytic data about customers that help in reviewing campaigns and improving local searching position. What do you dislike about Uberall?

A drawback of Uberall is that it is not always the fastest when it comes to synchronizing change across different platforms. Sometimes, it has prolonged to result in old information being published and this is quite irritating as it demoralizes the customers and reduces brand loyalty. Furthermore, the customer support response time may also be shorter since the time it takes to address some concerns end up taking a long time hence affects the timeliness of the listing information. The most significant weakness of Uberall is that it comes with a challenge of complexity to new users. Although it provides many options, using them may not be very easy for first time visitors to the site. This often presents enhanced prerequisite training or assistance, which might delay the first stages of automation. Also, some users may also like the reporting part to be integrated in a way that does not require deep training to generate and understand performance reports. Due to the amount of locations I was expecting a better relationship and premium support with their partners in special Google My Business where we face some inconsistencies and Uberall is not able to support us with Google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
