We needed a solution that would help us reach out to our many remote-based field staff & clients. Trumpia sets up texting & email campaigns easily - via excel contact info uploads & tailored messages (if needed). Their customer service is also very responsive. We have a lot of non-English speaking staff / clients and wish there were an easier way to be able to communicate with them in their native languages. We have a large group of field staff to communicate with regarding various topics (general scheduling, HR paperwork, etc.). However, they do not have corporate emails, and there are too many to call each one of them. Therefore, mass text was the best option to reach them with corporate communications. We reviewed a number of options and decided that Trumpia was the best one we found. It has dramatically improved connectivity and reduced the amount of time we spend on staff outreach. What brings Trumpia over the top is the technical support and customer service. We've been using Trumpia for nearly 2 years at the very start of COVID, and we've never had had to wait more than a couple hours for any technical or account support. The recently refreshed user interface has been a pleasant upgrade as well. It's done everything we've needed Trumpia to perform, from mass text sendouts for COVID screeners to direct one on one messaging to our staff. The software can get bloated and laggy at times - the problem has been less noticeable since they updated their UI, but we've had to occasionally have had to clear cookies or use Incognito mode to get the inboxes to load properly. The campaigns have been key in helping us manage our compliance sendouts - separating our staff using distrubtion lists and having them reply back in keywords according to the campaign has made our lives a lot easier and more efficient. The overall experience from beginning to end with Trumpia was great. The customer service and technical support teams are top-notch. From the start, all the promises they made happened. I do appreciate how easy it is to connect with their customer service team as well as the fast turn around in regards to their product delivery. If I have trouble understanding something there is no issue with them breaking it down to layman's terms so that I can gain a better perspective and learn how to get what I need when I need it. I had never heard of Trumpia before Halloween of last year, but my supervisor advised that we should use it for a costume competition. With no idea of how many people would enter or vote (which turned out to be a lot more than expected) she was having trouble deciding what SMS service would be most easiest and efficient to use and it was Trumpia for the win! Sometimes, Trumpia can be a bit pricier than you may like, but there's no doubt that it will work for your needs and it will work well (on a tight timeline I might add) for any event, survey or whatever you may be doing that involves a large amount of people. What problems is Trumpia solving and how is that benefiting you? My team has solved the problem of saving time using Trumpia for events. We are able to gather real time results from attendees on-site which help us navigate through the task at hand in a timely manner. We can capture many opinions in a timely fashion which allow us to come to a timely conclusion and produce results at a much faster pace than someone normally would by using a non-user-friendly (or difficult) software/SMS system. When uploading phone number data, I appreciate knowing exactly how many numbers were successfully loaded into the program. What do you dislike about Trumpia? There are times when I create a text message and would need to copy the message to my clients to approve. It may seem trivial but Trumpia doesn't let me easily copy the message I created in the program - I would have to re-write (on a word document) what I wrote on Trumpia to send to a client or a member of the marketing team.
