Truelark is able to handle a variety of front desk communication tasks such as making, canceling and changing appointments, which reduces our need for front desk staffing and the costs associated with that. Truelark is still a non-human product and therefore there are some shortfalls, such as not showing as available appointments not being show due to specific details noted or adding extra time onto appointments unnecessarily, resulting in the need to clean up the bookings a bit.
