What do you like best about TrueLark?

What do you like best about TrueLark?

What do you like best about TrueLark?

Truelark is able to handle a variety of front desk communication tasks such as making, canceling and changing appointments, which reduces our need for front desk staffing and the costs associated with that. We also appreciate the online database, which makes it easy to review all calls and determine which contacts need follow up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueLark?

Truelark is still a non-human product and therefore there are some shortfalls, such as not showing as available appointments not being show due to specific details noted or adding extra time onto appointments unnecessarily, resulting in the need to clean up the bookings a bit.
