Lots of things - the service feels like it's in beta. They changed their pricing from "super simple" to very complicated which doubled my cost. They gave two day notice to update a billing profile before they shut your messaging off, we completed the profile immediately, yet our business-crucial messaging was shut off for more than three weeks.
