# Can there be a solution to break loop in bi-directional workflows?

I had a scenario with one of the customers requesting for bi-directional data exchange.
But Webhooks are not cooperative with the existing design. Is there any way that Webhooks can be modified as per requirement using the Tray.io tool?

Hi there! While it would be helpful to know more about the conditions/data structure by which you need this to happen, the general answer is: Yes...Tray.io can certainly be tailored to break/skip a given record(set of records) in bi-directly ETL.
