There customer support was good, team is very cooperative.

While there’s nothing I would categorize as a strong dislike, I believe there’s always room for refinement. At times, certain processes or communications could be more streamlined to enhance overall efficiency. That said, the team’s responsiveness and commitment to improvement are definitely appreciated and make a positive difference.

**What problems is TopCX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The dashboard is clean, easy to use, and the setup was fast. We started seeing performance improvements in just a week. Perfect for teams who want clarity without complexity.
