## Toky Reviews
  ### 1. Easy for all to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily C. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Toky?**

It's app integrations and talking and texting capabilities. It has an easy to use interface and requires no coding experience.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

It has high monthly charges for each number.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to make affordable calls and texts through our CRM

  ### 2. Toky and its Performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moses Oniel D. | Sales Development Representative, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Toky?**

You can make calls around the Globe through Toky. Plus every recording has its own unique URL and you can also download call recordings. It also allows us to download a call transcript. Through Toky, we can send text messages and also leave manual and automatic voicemails. It also gives you the ability to transfer calls on the other extensions.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

You cannot send emails or run email cadence through Toky. If a customer or prospect does not pick-ups the call it does not considers it a call. Even the valid nos. that do not give any dial tone for a moment while making a call are not considered to be a call in Toky. Calling on the restricted nos. are also considered call attempts. Interface for checking total dials of the day and your personal dials as an agent is quite complex. Regardless of integrating Toky with Salesforce, the call notes added on Toky do not get reflected on Salesforce.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The nature of my job as an SDR is dependent on Toky because we make and receive calls through Toky. Even we send SMS through it.

  ### 3. Easy Way to Communicate with Clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla K. | Lead Implementation Specialist , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2022

**What do you like best about Toky?**

Straightforward, easy to use platform with great reporting!

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

The whispering feature could use some help with better outlining of what the symbols (whisper/mute) mean on the call. The help center article they have also doesn't define this. It's confusing as to what symbol means what without testing it out.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting in touch with clients. We work from all over the world, but have the same central number!

  ### 4. Works just ok for international calls and sms

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dina K. | Marketing Officer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Toky?**

Toky allows choosing from a range of phone numbers depending on where I have to call ( different cities area codes), relatively good rates for international calls and SMS, that I have to do a lot for work

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

Though there is an extension number in my profile settings, I still ( after 2 years of using the tool) haven't found a way to receive calls- neither on desktop nor on mobiles. No notifications ( I get to miss incoming messages as well, as they get pushed down by the newer messages ( I get to miss incoming messages as well, as they get pushed down by the newer messages)

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using this tool to call and send SMS to my clients who are located all around the world. Having phone numbers with different area codes makes it easier to build trust when calling clients- they think I call them from a particular branch location, while I am somewhere else. The "new message" red dot doesn't help, as it disappears as soon as one of the team members opens it. I wish there would be a search functionality to look for something in particular within the message body, not only the receivers' names.

  ### 5. Terrible product and terrible customer service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anatole N. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Toky?**

Absolutely nothing unfortunately. This had been a mistake to switch to them.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

I switched to Toky from Aircall after using it for 2 years and what a mistake I have made.

The desktop app is horrendous. Their contact info will not sync with any CRM you use and you need to manually import contact info or manually save each. You also cannot save the contact from the desktop app. You have to use the browser and login to do that.

The phone app will not answer any phone calls. It just doesn’t work. I am using iPhone 11 with iOS 14 and this app just buggy. If do manage to call out and talk to a customer via the phone app, when you finish the call, it still will show that you’re on call forever until you force close the app.

Their support chat took 4 hours to help me answer 3 questions. They don’t respond on time and seem to not care. If you check their reviews on G2.com, they have the lowest customer service rating of any voip app I’ve seen. I should’ve checked that before switching.

Do yourself a favor and use anyone but them.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Unless you want to deal with lack of basic features like DND, adding contacts from the app, constant bugs and lack of customer support.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None. More problems than solutions from this product.

  ### 6. Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erik O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Toky?**

We use Toky for political meetings with 200 attendees that watch a livestream. We use MyMeet.no as speechlist and digital meeting software, and when a delegate needs to speak he adds himself to MyMeet and the Toky operator sees that and use the Toky excellent powerdialer.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

The way we use Toky there is no cons for us. That is why we come back to Toky solution and will use this for future political meetings where we can not meet.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

I use the powerdialer feature and upload delegates. We rally need 100% uptime when we do live streaming and there is maybe 30 on the speechlist that want to speak. Toky did not fail a single time and that is so easy to use makes Toky a no brainer for our political meetings.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People can`t meet these days, and some people have a hard time using digital tools with cameras and microphone, like Teams, Zoom or other meeting platform. Using MyMeet.no in combination with Toky is really great for non-technical delegates. Everybody can pick up the phon and be a part of the democracy in the meeting without technical barrier.

  ### 7. Toky is the Best Communication Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** rajarajeswari r. | Enrollment Advisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Toky?**

I have been used the Toky for calling my Clients mainly international clients. For several year i have been used this Toky for dialing, sending a voice message to the client if they are not picking the call, we can record the call while we are speaking sending sms . This toky is cheap and very easy tool to use and communicate with our clients. we can access our reports also through Toky

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

There is no dislike in this toky since it is user friendly and for calling it is very useful through toky we can dial to any countries

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

I will recommend the toky tool to the other business person to use in their company since it will help them for easy communication and their employees can use the tool when they are speaking with their clients

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits is with toky we can dial internationally we can speak to international clients and our clients if they are not picking the call once we leave the voice message they reply back to us and send sms it is very useful tool

  ### 8. Quality and ease of use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David R. | Customer Support Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Toky?**

Ease of implementation, call quality, and the good customer service they have. They respond very quickly and resolve any questions immediately.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

Some sections of the service settings were a bit hidden and it was difficult to find them. They have improved it with the latest restructuring of the panel they have done. The call quality is very good.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

Contacting through chat is very easy and they resolve all the questions you have.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All our pre-sales and post-sales service is carried out through Toky. Being integrated with different tools makes our daily work easier.

  ### 9. New installation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James M. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2021

**What do you like best about Toky?**

Use of use of the desktop portal, the 3rd party integrations and the mobile app

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

Nothing, deeper integration with 3rd party software is coming and will prove even more useful.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are linking our customer ticketing system with toky to enable sms communication with our operations around the world

  ### 10. Good customer service but there are still features to be developed.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Toky?**

Customer service and it is quite an intuitive software to use.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

The software also has functionalities pending development that for our company is a must-have. Such as:
* Mobile number from Spain
* That the branched option of an IVR has independence from the IVR and can be diverted to an external number
* That it is possible to migrate to Hubspot the information of whether a user has pressed 1 or 2

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now we will be able to have a clear record of missed calls as they are created as new entries in Hubspot.

  ### 11. Excellent service and app

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Toky?**

Works great and automatically logs calls with our CRM system

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

Only commentary would be I wish we could start taking notes pre-call and then continue taking notes post-call with the Mac App. You can ONLY take notes while calling, if the caller or you hang up and forget to click enter to confirm your notes, it's lost. Must be able to take notes and sync to CRM post-call.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily scaling a softphone to our entire MDR/SDR team in an easy manner and be able to track, easily.

  ### 12. Great support

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Toky?**

The support line and their attentiveness

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

That sometimes the call lags depending on where you call

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

try it

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of calling worldwide without high fees

  ### 13. Toky has been so far the the best experience. The most accessible price and the best integrations.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor A. | CTO e Desenvolvedor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Toky?**

The price...
Since the beginning it was the most affordable price. We can implement our call center and scale on Toky.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

The zoho crm integration is not native on Zoho. A few information and details get left of. Like the information about the calls on the user profile and the call information on the desk plataform.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

If you are looking for a good service to start a call center solution. Toky is your provider.
They have good integrations and a lot of room to grow. The support is really active.
It worked for us.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used toky to implement and unify our call center toolchain. The price was always an issue since we didn't want to use a local provider because of the implantation costs and integration limitations.
Toky is cloud-based, so is quite easy to implement, move from or move to.

  ### 14. Some good things

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela M. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Toky?**

The bad end interface is easy to navigate so IVRs are super simple to set up and change. This also makes it easy to access VM, listen to call recordings, etc.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

Toky has some technical issues. We've often had issues with calls dropping, apps displaying error messages, calls having delay or static on one end, etc. Customer service is kind and responsive but they really don't follow up unless you nag them. At this moment, I have a call issue (static on one end of calls for a particular user) that I reached out to them about last Thursday. To date, I haven't heard back.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

I believe this software would likely work well with a smaller company (10 employees or less). It may be because of the size of our company that we are having the issues we are. However, if you are as remote as we are, be aware that you may have serious technical issues.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're currently fully remote due to COVID and several of our employees already worked in other states. Toky allows us to take calls everywhere without callers having to use their personal number.

  ### 15. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! TOKY TEAM !! GREAT!!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Toky?**

I used it for international calls, sms, call recording and dealing with clients from overseas using local numbers and everything is so nice. the call quality, 24 hours support and amazing software to use which is so easy.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

Once I changed password it remains in all the account only if you logout by yourself. Once password changed allthe devices should be logged out automatically.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

It's been more than 1 years I had been using toky for myself and my sales team. We all are happy with team of toky and their services. Toky really helped me to run my business in smooth way. I highly recommed toky to all the people . thank you so much for providing such a great services.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NO PROBLEM A T ALL. IT REALLY HELPED ME TO DEAL WITH OVERSEAS CLIENT AND HELPED ME TO UPLIFT MY SALES

  ### 16. Good for Overseas bulk calling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nik T. | Inside Sales Manager - Mid Market, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Toky?**

I like the simplicity- its ease of function and simplicity in design. - Toky is really a good app for sales teams to bulk dial into countries / territories.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

Its bandwidth heavy if you use it from your laptop or computer - the app works well, however the forward (to your cell number while offline) is laggy sometimes - This is only for the general line number forwards and not direct line forwards.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

Yes, go for it - it suits your budgeting , And is easy to find your way around - I've had no lags or bugs other than sticky slow loading issues, and besides being bandwidth heavy , Its been working ou - its very integratable with your other Apps.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales team tracking and reporting is good in Toky

  ### 17. Best option out there, hands down!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΣ . | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Toky?**

- Smooth integration with Intercom
- Best prices for outbound calls
- Good Support

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

- The fact that there is no support during the weekend for my area yet

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all our support communication in one channel

  ### 18. Great service and Amazing support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adriano F. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Toky?**

Toky service is very flexible and everything you want to do you can, but the most amazing it's their support people.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

I'm sorry we haven't moved earlier to Toky! We should have moved to Toky a long time ago when we first got to know them.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

Test first and you will get more confident.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to stop managing our voip infrastructure, we had some particular configurations with Twilio numbers, etc but we were able to replicate our reality with Toky. Not having to lose time managing infrastructure it's great!

  ### 19. Excellent VoIP Dashboard/Service with great price point

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Toky?**

Toky works very well for single-agent or multi-agent helpdesk scenarios. Their desktop client is top notch and their Android client works well too though we had some issues with bluetooth. It gracefully handles multiple people using multiple numbers and has a built in voice tree. Support is top notch. Been off and on with them for years for various reasons and had some terrible experiences at other providers.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

There is some "polish" missing on some small things including their click-to-call widget which is not optimized for SEO purposes and their Android app which has some issues with bluetooth.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Toky makes juggling multiple sales channels and phone numbers a breeze.

  ### 20. Best international calling app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyanka M. | SDR, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Toky?**

It gives us easy access to call our clients and also messages basically like a phone.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

Nothing as of now as it favours me a lot.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Made sales person life easy as calling made easy by toky

  ### 21. Good for localising calls

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan B. | Digital Marketing & Medejer, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Toky?**

International numbers for all our Markets.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

Nothing specific. It could be more easy to setup Numbers.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our international press department we Call to medias around the World to follow up on stories and Press releases, with local Numbers. We get great reports showing best performers etc.

  ### 22. Assigned the wrong number, shaky service and HORRIBLE customer service

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aleksander R. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Toky?**

Their design LOOKs good. But that's about it

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

They assigned me a phone number that was already in use. When I contacted them about it they were dismissive and indifferent to the issue. When i later had to cancel my subscription that was a pain in the ass as well. I've probably spent 2-3 hours dealing with customer support, more than $100 on the service and I've gotten $0 value out of it. It's been a money and time sink. STAY AWAY!

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

Don't do it - Use Aircall or something else instead.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was trying to solve our phone customer support. A shame that their own support is so horrible

  ### 23. VOIP so frustratingly bad that you will have a brain aneurysm

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denym B. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Toky?**

Toky is a terribly overpriced and incompetently built VOIP product. The only Pro I can think of for Toky, is coming to the realisation that even in today's business environment, that western Silicon Valley startup companies can and do lie about what their products will do. This is hugely disappointing and if I was working at Toky, I would be ashamed to be a part of such a dishonest company, because Toky does not work in any respect for the word.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

Virtual phone systems should work at the same, or better level than non-virtual ones. Toky does not work at all. Constant call drop outs, talk lag, voice muffling, and just not redirecting calls at all. These are all issues that plagued experience using Toky. Not only that but the customer support team is hugely entitled, will take 48 hours to reply to you and will pawn you off to the next available support person so they don't have to deal with your issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

Avoid like the plague, this product is toxic with toxic minded management - invest your money into a local system that will not drop calls for you. Read the Terms of service very carefully. Buyer beware.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Toky was supposed to be our entire call forwarding system, instead, it became a system that held our business back and stifled growth through failure to route calls correctly and burned bridges with clients who couldn't trust our systems. Think very carefully about using this tool as the management have no intention of fixing these issues.

**Official Response from Germán Andrés Castaño Vásquez:**

> Hello Denym,
We regret that you consider your experience with our service so bad. Our team worked on the solution of the presented inconveniences, but we found that the problem with your account was due to factors external to our platform.

We tried to find a solution with you, taking into account the compliance of our terms of service, where we state that we can not give refunds, but it was not possible.

We are sorry for the difficulties presented that led you to write this review, but I assure you that we did our best to provide a solution from our side, but sadly, the answer was outside our platform and our reach

  ### 24. Stay away from this company. Worse customer service ever!

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Market Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Toky?**

The service lets you have a virtual call system and connect your incoming phone calls to your cellphone. Does the job at a high price.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

They are very sneaky about renewals. They won't send you a courtesy message letting you know your subscription is about to automatically renew. They do not have an option for you to opt out of auto renewal. My subscription auto-renewed, called the next day to let them know that I did not want to continue with the service and they denied me a refund. They won't work with you and will stick to their strict policies.

There is no native App to use Toky on iOS which is annoying since you have to use a third-party app and go to a lot of configuration. No help available from their end either.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a landline and forwarding my calls to a cellphone line.

  ### 25. OK

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Toky?**

The low cost and interface were the motivating factors to move to them.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

Bugs, but I know they are working on them.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

Do not make the same mistake as we did and get hooked in due to the lower cost. It's NOT worth it.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call centre system.

  ### 26. Toky is better than a regular VOIP phone

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Toky?**

Pipedrive integration is what why we chose Toky. It's great that it logs the call without us having to manually do it. Plus, you can get right to the call recording from Pipedrive.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

It does not log every call. For some reason, maybe 3 out of 10 calls, it does not log. We have not yet reached out to Toky to see why.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

Try the trial before signing up. Make sure it's right for you.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call recording is a benefit we didn't foresee as being helpful, but it is extremely helpful, especially when training new-hires. Speed is the main problem we're solving. We're able to increase the amount of dials per day.

  ### 27. Perfect phone solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | Sale Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2018

**What do you like best about Toky?**

I loved how easy this was to set up. I signed up for the free account and had everything set up in 2 hours. Showed my boss and he purchased the annual subscription right then.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

There is not too much to dislike here because it feels like the have most of their bases covered with features. We do wish that they would have a little more flexibility with their API so that my developer can do some more custom stuff for our support team.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

Sign up for the free and account. You will most likely purchase it

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Toky strictly for our support team/incoming calls.

  ### 28. Great affordable calling option with IVR, Analytics, and great customer support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2019

**What do you like best about Toky?**

1) dynamic support that cares to improve
2) good analytics that are well thought out, functional
3) easy to add/subtract new agents
4) solid functional integrations to Slack, Hubspot and so on

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

1) IVR is decent but not always intuitive
2) more integration opportunities for Slack (maybe there are, haven't seen yet)
3) call history can be a little slow to load at times, but refreshing the page seems to work

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

using it for call center purposes. Track call follow ups in slack, look at call attempt/outbound/inbound ratios

  ### 29. Toky

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2018

**What do you like best about Toky?**

I like that it ties into other apps we use as an online company. Their help team tries to be good too.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

I don't like the inconsistencies. Calling out is clear, but when customers call in, more than not, I sound choppy to the people on the other end. Also, randomly, I will get calls forwarded to my phone, even though I didn't have that setting in place. The pop up notifications on my desktop also come and go, which is frustrating.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Toky?**

Has all the benefits of a corporate phone system, including PBX, IVR, and voice messaging. I really like the features of click to call from my web page, and the slack integration. The web app is very good and easy to use, audio is crisp and almost without delay, works on every computer and os that we have tried. Our favourite feature is the integration with HubSpot, now we have our entire customer's database linked to an audio record of every call that we have made with that customer. support is awesome, setting up and maintaining is easy.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

You cannot connect physical IP phones, they don't have an IOS app, and the recommended softphone is a paid version. billing is by the user, and sometimes you need just a group line.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

Double check the plan that you are signing to, sometimes terms can be tricky. Be sure to have your custom audio greetings, the feature is amazing and you will look really professional.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our whole phone communications runs on Toky.

**What do you like best about Toky?**

It was so easy to set up. In 15 mins i had 4 agents and a phone tree set up with all custom recordings. Also the price is amazing for what you are getting.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

I just started using it so I do not have any complaints yet. I will update my review if I find any.

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to provide an easy and affordable outlet for my customer to reach my team.

  ### 32. The future of personal and business calls.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Toky?**

About the vision of the team: I like that they are re-imagining the way we communicate, without the need of giving our personal phone number just to receive a call. I think the phone number is very personal and needs to keep that way, so it's easier and secure to give my Toky ID so people can reach me.

About the product: I have used it a couple of times in the past few months and it has worked better than I expected, it has a very fluid user experience, no need to take a tour or a guide to start using it. It's as simple as making an account and look by yourself the simple and powerful actions you can do with Toky.

**What do you dislike about Toky?**

I haven't found anything I dislike by now, but I'm pretty sure that the product it's not reaching all the potential it can reach, not because of the work of the team, but by the limitations given by the actual network infrastructure. As Toky is providing their service through Internet networks, it can get a little bit of lag from time to time, but this problem is going to be solved when the Internet frequency becomes the main frequency in the telecom's spectrum.

**Recommendations to others considering Toky:**

Don't give your personal phone number to anyone, give your Toky ID!

**What problems is Toky solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I'm starting my own Startup, Toky helps me and my team to communicate the easiest way through our smartphones or even through the browser without any effort. We don't have to give our number to receive calls from each other or even from any other person nor organization, I'm convinced this is a lot more secure and maybe, they´re also killing phone numbers for the best.
