What do you like best about TOKN Platform?

Basically, if the field exists in the ERP and is visible to the API you can do and achieve whatever you (or the client) want. This affords a huge amount of flexibility, and at a much more palatable price than using customisation within the ERP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TOKN Platform?

Ironically, having such flexibility tends to lead clients down wish-list rabbit holes (from a design PoV) so you constantly have to be curbing their enthusiasm. It would be really easy for them to over-engineer Tokn - often just because they're not aware of the ERPs functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TOKN Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The first tranche of work is typically replacing manual tasks (e.g., centrally entering timesheets) with real-time capture on-site. Over time it begins to pull together different parts of the ERP database that otherwise aren't necessary linked (e.g., stocked consumables being used/recorded against a specific physical asset). And ultimately clients start to realise that its a whole platform, because all staff are already using it, and start incorporating it for their non-transactional topics (like Comms, HR and learning). What we like best about the TOKN platform is how easy it is to build fully customized mobile apps that precisely match each client’s requirements, including the complex needs we see in the mining industry. As a reseller, we need a tool that is flexible without being complex, and TOKN strikes that balance well. It allows us to quickly configure, brand, and deploy apps that support real-world, field-based workflows common in mining operations, without unnecessary development overhead, while still delivering solutions that feel purpose-built rather than templated. What do you dislike about TOKN Platform?

At this point, there isn’t anything we strongly dislike about the TOKN platform. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and any minor limitations we’ve encountered are typical of a growing platform rather than fundamental issues. What problems is TOKN Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

TOKN solves a critical gap in our offering: the lack of a robust, purpose-built mobile platform for field operations. While we have a strong ERP solution for the mining industry, we historically did not have an efficient way to extend those capabilities into the field. TOKN allows us to deliver mobile apps that connect field teams to core business systems without building and maintaining a custom mobile stack. This lets us focus on business requirements and industry-specific workflows, while relying on TOKN to handle the complexity of mobile app delivery, deployment, and scalability. "TOKN Timesheets"

What do you like best about TOKN Platform?

TOKN is an App based program, easy for our employees to access. The program allows employees to submit either daily (per task) or weekly - these are then reviewed by our team for approval.
