The timer! There isn't too much about this product that I don't like. It has dramatically improved our charge capture and billing process. The former product was cumbersome and difficult to use so me and my employees missed capturing our time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, love the system, so these suggestions must be weighed against general satisfaction with the product:

(1) difficult to create a flat fee invoice

(2) don't like that you cannot edit draft invoices and have to void it first to make changes

(3) for contacts, I don't like the categories offered. Would prefer to have multiple people per client as the "invoice contact" rather than inserting email addresses elsewhere

(4) should have a contingency fee invoice option that easily calculates and sends out contingency fee accounting and invoice

(5) should make it easier to delete trust account deposits that are no longer applicable but aren't associated with an invoice.

(6) *** we have a lot of difficulty syncing with Quickbooks online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of time entry for the basic user is good. For the timekeeper, it's simple and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the reports are unclear on what data is going to be extracted. Some of the criteria is strange to figure out how to include or not. UI could use a facelift. The sync tool is not very user-friendly, yes it gets the job done but an upgrade on that would be nice. Finally, the biggest thing for me is live data, having a dashboard that is dynamic, ability to have more flexibility and visibility is important to me and something this software is lacking. It is easy to use and very convenient. I like that it makes billing much more manageable and that I can make edits quickly and easily afterward to create invoices. The invoice looks professional and clean. I also like that it has a timing feature for tasks that are billed by the hour. I sometimes input my entries with the correct dates, only to find out I input the wrong month. This, however, is really more of a user error than a problem with the system. I am also not a fan when there is maybe one line that runs over to the second page and I cannot edit spacing to shorten it to one page.
