It's quite easy to learn to use Timesolve. I like that the calendar is on the page and I can easily go back and see what I worked on last week and I can see how many hours I worked each week. I sometimes take breaks and forget to log in again. I wish there was a separate timer for breaks or a reminder to log back in again that could be programmed. (But I can easily readjust my time) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's pretty intuitive to use for basic time keeping. I like that you can have multiple timers on at once and just start and stop timers as needed without having to search for individual time slips. My favorite part is GIGI! The ease of manipulating reports is great too! Whatever they ask for in a report I can gain access to easily. If not, I just contact GIGI for help! Sometimes Searches can be tricky. I wish the "search" in time and expenses would also have a button to print that search as a pdf. If I print, it cuts off information. The calendar is a bit problematic. You have to add support staff to a calendar event for an attorney, even if support staff are not involved in the event. , Otherwise, support staff can't update the event if it changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of pulling all monthly invoices at one time and making changes right in the "draft" invoice without having to go back to the timekeeping phase and start again. Finalizing them is a breeze as well. We are a really small Firm, and don't utilize all the massive tools they have to offer, but it works great for us. I wish there were better tools for saving space on the page (the header with our logo, invoice number, date, matter, etc. all feels like it wastes a lot of space on the top of the page), and also the footer feels like it could go lower on the page as well.
