"Fabulous customer support"

What do you like best about TimeSolv?

The customer support is phenomenal! I have used two other legal billing software programs, with little to no support available for assisting with questions/issues. TimeSolv staff are responsive, easily accessible, and will spend the time necessary to assist with your issues. Kudos to the TimeSolv team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeSolv?

Nothing so far....just getting used to the program and all the intricacies. Appears this will definitely meet my needs for invoicing and be a far more professional appearance than past options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TimeSolv:

Be sure to allow sufficient time for testing the software, prior to your expected implementation date. There were several issues I had to resolve due to my internal billing structure and I should have allowed more time so I wasn't up against a deadline to complete. But thanks to the TimeSolv staff, I was able to meet my deadline and invoices went out in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient time keeping"

What do you like best about TimeSolv?

Time entry is very easy. I use abbreviations to make time entry faster. If I need to revise entries, even at the draft bill stage, it is very simple. It is much easier than our prior billing system, ProLaw. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeSolv?

It can be a bit cumbersome to move entries from one billing matter to another. Sometimes entries need to moved, either because they were billing under the wrong matter initially or a new matter is created. Some sort of shortcut would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Love TimeSolv"

What do you like best about TimeSolv?

We considered most of the top billing software and applications for our law firm. We chose TimeSolv because of its wonderful interface and ease of use for billing attorneys. We also liked that it was fully online. We were a bit concerned about its backend support and reporting, but our business and billing manager has learned to really like TimeSolv and had her client law firm switch to TimeSolv. What do you dislike about TimeSolv?

Reporting is not TimeSolv's strength from our experience. Its reporting can use more customization and features. We hope TimeSolv will improve this and make this a must choice for all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TimeSolv solving and how is that benefiting you?

TimeSolv allows me, as a sole practitioner, to efficiently bill my time and to have my assistant enter expenses and other details. The system integrates with the accounting system my auditors use, so TimeSolv addresses my billing and then makes my tax filings in the UK and Hong Kong easy to handle. What do you like best about TimeSolv?

It's quite an intuitive easy to use product. If for whatever reason I cannot figure out how to do something (it's happened only twice), the support staff is always available to help. Case in point: I needed to adjust some settings first implemented about 3 years ago. Within a few seconds of putting in a request for a general meeting, one was scheduled for within the hour. Gigi (excellent team member!) helped walk me through the steps to solve the problem. Amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeSolv?

What do you like best about TimeSolv?

Attorneys can clearly navigate the site and easily enter time. It is easy to onboard and is accessible anywhere as it is online- unlike other platforms. It is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TimeSolv?

The support team is pretty good, but I would like better ways to make changes to the software aside from writing a suggestion post. I never know if my suggestion was used in the software and no one ever follows up with me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TimeSolv solving and how is that benefiting you?

No real problems. I have suggested a new report feature that would help see client account outstanding balances, retainers if funds are available, and legal fees incurred total vs legal fees paid. This would be great to have especially for a paralegal needing this information for financial statements. Benefits, we came from Timeslips so just about everything!
