I've used many different time entry, reporting and billing programs and this is by far my favorite. It is very easy to use on all accounts: time entry, pulling reports and invoicing. I work for a public relations firm and we use this program; even though TimeSolv is aimed at/marketed towards legal services, I would suggest all types of business look into this program if they're looking for an efficient time tracking and invoicing program. I'm not sure what impresses me more, the ability to set up abbreviations (macros) for commonly used time entries of up to 2000 characters, how easy it is to print and send invoices, or the blessed joy of entering a payment and instantly applying it across multiple invoices! I have a small firm that primarily practices criminal defense. However, I now need to keep up with a significant portion of my time and was so frustrated composing invoices before using TimeSolv. It is straightforward to use and inexpensive in comparison to similar programs I interviewed. Also, the experts who teach you are so personable, and I LOVE attaching abbreviations to the descriptions I frequently use, which makes it even easier to enter my time.
