What's the difference between phases and milestones?
I'd like to understand the difference, I use milestones simply to apply my monthly retainer, but I am not sure that this is a best practice.
What is the best way to make sure you stay on top of your timekeeping throughout the month?
I have a hard time working up the motivation to keep track of my time all month long and so have a tendency to fill it out suddenly at the end of the month. What does everyone else do to stay on top of things? Any advice or suggestions?
