It's intuitive to use. It's an all-in-one package. The support team is by far the most excellent in the industry, compared to Salesforce, Hubspot, All-in-One Marketing (Go-High), Pardot. The KEAP support team sets the apart as a product their people understand. If they don't understand something, they don't leave you hanging and get someone who does address the issue. Keap is an amazing platform, i liked how it handles automation. It allow us to set up reminders, tasks, follow up emails with any requirement of technical expertise. Keap also helps in combining multiple tools in one place like email marketing, scheduling, CRM, forms and also payments.
