# Which field sales tools let reps add new accounts and check in while on the road?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">Hey G2 community, I've been looking at which mobile-first tools in the <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/field-sales">Field Sales category</a> let reps create a new account and check in without getting back to a desk. The split comes down to canvassing depth versus route focus.</p><ul>

<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/salesrabbit/reviews"><strong>SalesRabbit</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Reps add a prospect and check in from the mobile app on the road, with colored pins tracking each door's status so nobody gets re-knocked. Per-user pricing is steep for small teams, and a few report app stability issues.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/spotio/reviews"><strong>SPOTIO</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Supports on-the-spot prospect creation and check-in, tied to turf and territory coverage. Expect occasional lag and a distance-accuracy nit.</li>
<li>
<a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/badger-maps/reviews"><strong>Badger Maps</strong></a><strong>:</strong> Let's reps capture new accounts and notes in the field and sync them, though it is built more around the route than pure canvassing. It is lighter door-to-door.</li>

The bigger operational test is whether account creation, check-ins, and territory status all stay synced without duplicate cleanup later. For mobile reps, I’d also compare offline behavior and GPS accuracy, since those are usually where an otherwise smooth field workflow breaks down.
