Back in the day you had big binders and little binders and files and historical, etc. Being able to search for all of your files in one spot is a blessing. **What do you dislike about Therap Services?** For me the worst part of therap is everything is one client specific. For example, with GERs, you have to do three separate ones to encompass one ISL. Or if there is an incident of aggression from one client to another, again you have to do two separate forms. I would love for the agency to purchase more modules for use, but that does not reflect on Therap, nor is it anything they would be able to fix. **Recommendations to others considering Therap Services:** If you are not currently a Therap user, I recommend you reach out to them. You will be amazed at the ease and everything you have been missing. It helps when you have the right people explaining the product, they have the right people. Therap is helping me get our whole team on the same page in document placement and retrieval ### 42. On the other hand, my colleagues do not like the sign-up agreement verification. **What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do not have issues at this time ### 43. I like the quick feedback from the workers at Therap, they are fantastic! I love that there are videos and webinars available to assist with reviewing information a second time. **What do you dislike about Therap Services?** I would like some more training videos on the newer ISP Data Dashboard Module. **What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Therap is helping us become a more digital organization which is fantastic! I also like how it is giving our staff more access to ISPs when they are out in the field via the ISP upload option. ### 44. Gathering data for reports is easier too, HUGE time saver. **What do you dislike about Therap Services?** SO far, Therap has been a great tool; the challenge is finding all the ways that our company documents align with those in Therap and with getting staff on board. Complacency with how things have been for years past causes some resistance. **Recommendations to others considering Therap Services:** Utilize the rescources in Therap to make the most of what Therap has to offer. **What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Staff find it easier and quicker to enter data. Therap makes report writing easier at the end of the month, helping me to be more productive. I am able to get more done in less time. ### 46. There is also a fantastic help and support section on the website. **What do you dislike about Therap Services?** I can't create my own custom forms for things like monthly summaries. Creating a new ISP program for monthly summaries is not the most efficient way to ensure they're getting done every month. **What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Therap is helping us as an agency go paperless. I think once all of our program coordinators and others who use Therap get the hang of it, it will be a wonderful resource for us. ### 50. It's completely transformed how we operate and has helped our providers with submitting their documentation monthly and on-time.The convenience of documentation for all providers including the app you can download for documentation as well. Providers are able to document while out in the community and do not necessarily have to be stuck at home in front of the computer. **What do you dislike about Therap Services?** At times providers enter data on the wrong date. I would like a supervisory function that would allow administrators to change the date without having the providers copy and paste notes into a new date. This would be extremely helpful. **What problems is Therap Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we introduced Therap, we were having problems with on-time paperwork from the providers.
