**What do you like best about Testmoz?**

One of the best things we like about using Testmoz is how you can easily see a lot of information about the tests that you create. This includes the amount of time it took, the questions they get right or wrong, the time spent on the questions, and there is a free version which is great to use!

**What do you dislike about Testmoz?**

There could be some enhancements done to the way the user-interface looks on the application. It definitely works, but doesn't feel "up-to-date" or modern if you will. Still works like you would expect though!

**Recommendations to others considering Testmoz:**

It's worth a shot, especially since there is a free version!

**What problems is Testmoz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is helping us to test our agents to make sure that they are understanding the material that we are teaching them. At times, it can be a little overbearing learning everything, so this helps us find what areas we need to fix for that problem.

**What do you like best about Testmoz?**

I like that it is very easy to use, both to create and take quizzes. It is also nice that it sends me an email with each agent's score.

**What do you dislike about Testmoz?**

Not too much to dislike, it is a simple platform that works well.

**What problems is Testmoz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped when doing onboarding. As we teach many skills, we need to gauge our employees' understanding of said skills. This platform allows us to do that and receive instant feedback.
