It’s a trusted site, and they offer long-term projects, which is great for anyone. ### 2. They have made a lot of improvements in the process of resolving issues in recent times to enhance the quality of work they provide. **What do you dislike about TELUS?** Most of the solutions are manual with human intervention which slows the process sometimes, they need to work on bringing innovative solutions to automate recurring projects. **What problems is TELUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** TELUS helped in various aspects of data annotation, enrichment, and localization of resources which is also very economical compared to competitors in the same space. ### 6. I have used Telus/Bell/Rogers in the past and we've been most impressed with Telus service/support. **What do you dislike about TELUS?** I have come to realize as of late, that Rogers has better voicemail options and allows you to send/open/view Voicemails easily as a file, or in the same way you can view a text message. Telus should enable something like this. **What problems is TELUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Telus makes communication by text, call or email quick and easy. Actually, I don't know about the other competitors. **What do you dislike about TELUS?** The hints, this is a factor that we cannot avoid because the reasons for the hints are good, but they are sometimes unavoidable depending on the calls, be more specific. **What problems is TELUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We cannot get a transfer between accounts because of the Line of Business (LOB), but someone like me really needs to work from home right now. However, they told me that I need to wait at least 6 months. ### 12.
