Previously, blackberry QNX Target, which is not has the access for media players and its plugins. So that we were worked on our own customized players. I was a Blackberry user for many years, I can assure you that their file backup systems were of the highest quality, their fotware adjusted to the needs of the moment and capitalized on the market. It is impossible to talk about Blacberry and not mention its application of the PIN, I consider that it is the most relevant thing they have, also their data protection system, and the sending of information between users are important things that the system has. also the possibility of having your email, phone, pin, banking access among others in the same device were important elements within their offers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlackBerry Services?

The software they used was very successful for the needs of the community and at the time, however they did not update their system and with the passage of time better offers came to the market and even seeing this they refused to evolve, their systems became obsolete making very difficult for their products to be used today. What do you like best about BlackBerry Services?

the BES server was easy to use and the actual BB's were a little more problematic to setup, as it wouldn't connect with servers from time to time, but over time we learnt some useful tips and tricks to fix annoying issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BlackBerry Services?

Mainly the communication between the device and the BES 12 servers we used. When it didn't work it was a headache to resolve Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They worked with us to turn up the Cylance Protect product for our environment. They took us through the initial setup to handing the product off to us. This included setting up the software/environment, deploying to systems, checking for false positives, and tweaking settings, etc. as we rolled out the product to our endpoints. They were very thorough with setup and project management. They walked us through each setting and each phase, and we had weekly follow-ups to see how we landed, what worked, and what didn't. Going with a next gen AV solution can be a Earth shattering difference from traditional AV products. I think it's helpful to understand how the product works, roll it out slowly, and to ensure success. Cylance PS did that for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BlackBerry Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were able to setup a new next gen AV solution in a quick turnaround time without a negative impact to our users or servers. They walked us through everything and ensured the rollout was successful. The biggest benefit was ensuring things were setup properly and that we didn't "blow anything up" while rolling out the software. They provided a lot of insight that we wouldn't have gotten on how to tweak policies, how to roll out the product, and how to deal with issues as they come up down the road.
