Unfortunately, my experience has been entirely negative. Support is effectively non-existent and completely unresponsive. The UI is not accessible and, frustratingly, prompts me to reconfirm my personal details, my address specifically, every time I log in. The service they provide is faulty and fails to accomplish the requested task. The pricing would be reasonable if the service actually worked, but it does not. I requested a copy of my highschool transcript and immunization record on June 15, 2026. I received an illegible copy of my immunization record and opened a support request that had way too many layers of bad AI support. I requested a re-scan and they replied: Thank you for contacting Member Support. I am so sorry to hear that there is an issue with your document! Please note that Parchment operates as a storefront and a secured third-party delivery service. We can only deliver the exact documents that your school creates, as we do not manage or store student data and academic records. Regrettably, we are unable to update or alter the contents of your credentials at any point on our end. If there are any issues or errors concerning your document or academic records, you will need to reach out directly to your sending school to get this resolved, since they are the ones who produce and provide those documents to us. I have yet to receive my transcript 15 days later. I suppose they don't follow up with the schools they're servicing.

Canvas LMS was very easy to navigate. I used Canvas LMS through Merit America for an online course, and it was great being able to access my assignments and tasks in one place.

It is easy to combine with other platforms such as Cengage and Pearson.
