What do you like best about Instructure Inc?

Their support is fantastic! We can usually get an answer via Chat within 3 minutes. For more serious issues, we can still usually get a response the same business day. This greatly exceeds the response time I received from other LMS Support departments in the past. As the LMS admin, I really appreciate the almost immediate response when I have an issue. What do you dislike about Instructure Inc?

I really can't think of anything we dislike about Instructure. Our experience, particularly with the implementation process, was smooth and the staff was extremely helpful. As a new LMS admin, I was concerned about the implementation process. With Instructure, the implementation staff completed most of the main steps using input from our staff. Recommendations to others considering Instructure Inc:

I highly recommend all of the Instructure products. We do not have a single complaint. The number of features (too numerous to list here and increasing with each release) really benefits our students and instructors, and it is extremely easy to use. Integrating other tools with the Canvas LMS is easy as well (much easier than other LMSs) and increases the functionality. The additional applications offered by Instructure make it the easy choice for your K-12 or Higher Education institution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Instructure Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instructure enables us to offer online courses to students easily and seamlessly. The students can easily access their course materials, and instructors can grade submissions and provide feedback efficiently via their Canvas LMS tool. We also use their Impact product to post messages and tips for users within the LMS. The Canvas Studio video capture software is invaluable when used with the Canvas LMS, allowing instructors and students to record video from within the LMS for use as course material or assignment submissions. I have considered their Catalog product as well. All Instructure products greatly surpass the other LMSs I have used. We have 2,500+ daily users and have had no issues and no downtime.
