It's very cost-effective and secure. The service is safe and secure, with solid user support and maintenance. **What do you dislike about Zen?** Nothing much to dislike, but its good to see some increased support from the backend team. **Recommendations to others considering Zen:** Go for it with full trust as its safe and reliable. **What problems is Zen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zen is an excellent ISP for us, with high-speed and secure connections and service. There are also cashback options when we do something using a Zen card we get cash back. Integration of Zen with our product is also easy there is a plugin that we can integrate it our website with very less or no coding required for integration which saves our time and cost. **What do you dislike about Zen?** None as such only problem is with support sometimes they took around 24 hrs to respond on your query. Other this is cost their basic plan is also costly as compared with other service provider. **Recommendations to others considering Zen:** Its really good product you can give it a try. **What problems is Zen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zen is a payment gateway. I have my online store previously I was using some other payment gateway due to which we are facing many problems sometimes there are payment stuck customer's facing many challenges. Then I came to know about the Zen payment gateway from G2 while exploring other options. I have been using Zen for quite a time now and I am not facing huge problems as payment stuck, payment delay, or failure, there is also less settlement time of money. ### 3. The settlement amount is instantly available in your ZEN IBAN bank so we can use it right away. It is secure with the latest technology. We can simply use the ZEN plugin to integrate it with our product. Less/no coding is required for integration to our product. **What do you dislike about Zen?** The worst thing about this is their support. They don't respond to you timely due to which you may face challenges on your live product due to which your customer/ end-user may face issues processing their order. **Recommendations to others considering Zen:** Overall experience is good you can try it but you must have a backup method for your payment gateway. **What problems is Zen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously we are using another payment gateway which is integrated into our website, we are facing the challenge with the settlement of funds sometime it took a longer time than expected, but ZEN solve our problem because it has less settlement time as compared with other payments gateways present in the market. Rather than always choosing the lowest choice, choose the sellers with the highest ratings. Please check review to save yourself from fraud. **What do you dislike about Zen?** Fix the G2A Wallet payments. They claimed to have switched to ZEN, but they didn't inform us via social media, therefore my money was still locked in the G2A Wallet. **Recommendations to others considering Zen:** The customer support for ZEN isn't good I suggest using some other method over it. **What problems is Zen solving and how is that benefiting you?** When you try to get a refund after purchasing a product but are given an incorrect code that cannot be used, you are met with silence. This happened to me three times, and each time, the only way I was able to receive a refund was through PayPal, after my submission of a claim. ### 6.
