What do you like best about Reliance Jio Infocomm?

I use Reliance Jio Infocomm as my primary mobile network and JioFiber at home, and I find the coverage and pricing impressive. The transition to Jio was smooth, with a quick SIM activation process and no major downtime. Jio Business Fiber provides a cost-effective leased-line alternative, and their mobile numbers keep our sales team well-connected. The 5G coverage and speed are particularly valuable, as is the MyJio app for easy self-management, and the JioFiber+ OTT bundle which delivers real savings. I find Jio offers the best balance of price, 4G and 5G data, and OTT bundles. I'm happy with the service for the price and coverage, and I plan to continue and upgrade my services with Airfiber or additional connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reliance Jio Infocomm?

I think Reliance Jio Infocomm could improve in a few areas. Their customer support response time needs to be faster, especially during peak periods. Also, the evening congestion in dense areas can be frustrating, impacting the speed and quality of the connection. Additionally, I find comparing different plans on the MyJio app to be more complicated than it should be, so simplifying this would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reliance Jio Infocomm helps reduce our internet and communication costs and improves uptime with their cost-effective leased-line alternative. It keeps our sales team connected across West Bengal and provides reliable customer calls due to wide coverage, enhancing our overall communication reliability.
