What do you like best about Reliance Jio Infocomm?

Jio is good as they have cheap plans, fast internet speeds which makes it easy for me to do my everyday tasks, and I can play games and watch videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reliance Jio Infocomm?

The recharge reminders are too much. Once my plan is close to ending, I start getting an SMS almost every day telling me to recharge, and it keeps coming even after the plan has finished. Sometimes the company also calls me to recharge the number, and that’s really irritating, especially when I’m busy. I know when my plan ends and I’ll recharge when I’m ready. They should give an option to stop these messages and calls, or at least send them less often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Reliance Jio Infocomm:

Honestly, Jio is a good option if you want decent network without paying much. Plans are cheaper than most others and the speed is okay in my area. Just test the signal inside your house before you take it, because sometimes outside it’s fine but indoors it’s weak. And one more thing, once your plan is about to finish they will keep sending SMS and calling you to recharge, so don’t get surprised. If that doesn’t bother you, then go for it.
