## CoreSite Reviews
  ### 1. Reliable, Professional Facility—But Support Requests Can Feel Slow

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Azibo B. | Game Producer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2026

**What do you like best about CoreSite?**

The strongest value is the reliability and professional operating environment. CoreSite gives confidence that important infrastructure is housed in a secure, stable, and well-supported facility. That makes it easier to focus on business operations instead of worrying about avoidable downtime or facility-level issues.

**What do you dislike about CoreSite?**

The main downside is that some processes can feel slower or more formal than expected, especially when quick changes or support coordination are needed. Better visibility into request status, clearer timelines, and faster communication during service needs would improve the overall experience.

**Recommendations to others considering CoreSite:**

CoreSite is a strong option if your business needs reliable data center infrastructure, secure colocation, and dependable connectivity. I would recommend evaluating your capacity needs, support expectations, and required service response times upfront so the implementation matches your operating needs. It is especially useful for teams that need stability, uptime confidence, and less internal burden around physical infrastructure management.

**What problems is CoreSite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoreSite helps solve infrastructure reliability, data center capacity, and connectivity challenges by providing a stable environment for critical systems. The benefit is reduced operational risk, better uptime confidence, and less internal strain around managing physical infrastructure, networking, and availability.

  ### 2. Significantly Better Than SHI — Much Easier UI

**Reviewed by:** Jarrod C. | IT Technician II Enterprise IT support, Operational Reporting, and Systems Integration, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2026

**What do you like best about CoreSite?**

I like that CoreSite helps me connect systems securely and efficiently without a lot of networking complexity. That makes day-to-day operations easier and gives me confidence that my infrastructure can scale.

**What do you dislike about CoreSite?**

I’d also say the downside is that it may not be the cheapest option, and I’d want clearer pricing, flexibility, and consistently fast support. In operations, those tradeoffs matter because even a strong platform can become frustrating if costs or responsiveness don’t line up with business needs

**Recommendations to others considering CoreSite:**

CoreSite is worth considering if I want reliable interconnection and hybrid cloud support without the headache of running everything myself. I’d also make sure the pricing and contract terms make sense for my operation before committing.

**What problems is CoreSite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finds all the software that I need without having to filter it myself. helps me simplify my hybrid cloud setup, keep my data more secure, and improve application performance. It also saves me money and gives me the confidence to scale without worrying as much about network bottlenecks or downtime.

  ### 3. Reliable Digital Infrastructure Partner for Business Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wendy M. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2026

**What do you like best about CoreSite?**

CoreSite is solving one of the most critical challenges facing modern businesses today: providing secure, reliable, scalable, and highly connected digital infrastructure that enables organizations to operate efficiently in an increasingly data-driven world. As companies continue to adopt cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives, they require data center solutions that can support massive amounts of data processing while maintaining high performance, security, and uptime. CoreSite addresses these challenges by delivering carrier-neutral data centers, cloud connectivity, and interconnection solutions that allow businesses to securely connect their critical systems, customers, and partners.

The work CoreSite does benefits organizations by reducing network latency, improving application performance, strengthening cybersecurity, and ensuring business continuity. Through its interconnected data center ecosystem, businesses can access multiple cloud providers, network carriers, and technology partners from a single platform, allowing them to scale their operations efficiently while minimizing infrastructure complexity and costs. **What do you dislike about CoreSite?**

While my overall impression of CoreSite is positive, one area that could always be improved is increasing awareness and transparency around the full range of services and capabilities available to customers. Given the rapid pace of technological change, additional educational resources, customer training opportunities, and regular updates on new solutions could help customers maximize the value of their infrastructure investments.

Additionally, as demand for data center and cloud connectivity services continues to grow, continued expansion of capacity and geographic reach would provide even greater flexibility for organizations looking to scale their operations across multiple markets. However, these are opportunities for enhancement rather than major concerns, and they do not diminish the strong value, reliability, and performance that CoreSite provides.

I have not experienced any significant drawbacks. The company provides strong infrastructure, reliability, and connectivity solutions. My only suggestion would be continued expansion and increased customer education about available services.

**Recommendations to others considering CoreSite:**

I would highly recommend CoreSite to organizations seeking secure, reliable, and scalable data center and connectivity solutions. CoreSite has built a strong reputation for providing high-performance infrastructure that supports mission-critical business operations, cloud adoption, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise growth. Their carrier-neutral data centers and extensive interconnection ecosystem allow businesses to connect seamlessly with cloud providers, network carriers, customers, and partners, creating greater flexibility and operational efficiency.

One of CoreSite’s greatest strengths is its commitment to reliability and uptime. Organizations that depend on continuous access to applications, data, and services can benefit from CoreSite’s robust infrastructure and operational excellence. Their solutions help reduce latency, improve network performance, strengthen security, and support business continuity, all of which are essential in today’s data-driven environment.

CoreSite provides the foundation organizations need to scale confidently while maintaining security and performance.

Beyond the technology itself, CoreSite demonstrates a customer-focused approach by helping businesses navigate complex infrastructure challenges and develop solutions tailored to their specific needs. Their expertise, reliability, and strong ecosystem of partners make them a trusted choice for organizations seeking long-term digital infrastructure solutions.

For anyone considering CoreSite, I believe they offer a compelling combination of technical excellence, operational reliability, strategic connectivity, and scalability that can help organizations achieve their current goals while preparing for future growth and innovation.

**What problems is CoreSite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoreSite is solving the growing challenge of providing businesses with secure, reliable, and highly connected digital infrastructure. ### 8. CoreSite Review from an IT Network / Infrastructure Administrator perspective

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2026

**What do you like best about CoreSite?**

From an infrastructure administrator’s perspective, the interconnection ecosystem is the standout strength. Having multiple carriers and direct cloud on-ramps in the same facility has simplified our hybrid architecture by enabling private, low-latency connectivity to cloud providers without having to rely on internet-based VPNs. Cross-connect provisioning through the portal is straightforward, and it has consistently met the committed SLAs.

**What do you dislike about CoreSite?**

Cross-connect and remote-hands costs can add up quickly if you rely on them often, so it’s worth budgeting for recurring interconnection fees from the start. The customer portal is functional, but real-time power and environmental monitoring at the cabinet level could be more granular, without having to purchase paid add-ons to get that detail.

**Recommendations to others considering CoreSite:**

Map out your interconnection needs before implementing or transitioning to CoreSite. Cross-connect fees are recurring costs that can add up quickly, so include them in your TCO from day one-not just the rack and power pricing. If your architecture is hybrid or multi-cloud, take full advantage of the native cloud on-ramps, since that’s where CoreSite tends to deliver the most value. It’s also worth confirming which specific market or facility best matches your latency requirements, because the carrier and cloud-provider mix can vary by data center. Overall, it’s a solid choice for enterprises that need dense interconnection alongside traditional colocation.

**What problems is CoreSite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CoreSite hosts a portion of our production colocation environment and serves as our interconnection hub for hybrid cloud connectivity. It has removed the burden of building and maintaining facility-grade power and cooling redundancy on our own, and the direct cloud on-ramps have improved latency and reliability for our workloads compared with relying on public internet connectivity. Remote hands also lets us handle reboots, cable changes, and visual checks without having to dispatch staff to the site, which reduces response times and cuts travel costs.

  ### 9. Highly reliable data center with excellent multi-cloud connectivity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about CoreSite?**

The physical security and operational uptime are absolute top-tier. I rarely have to worry about power redundancies or cooling issues. Their customer portal is also incredibly intuitive for cross-connect provisioning, and the remote hands team on-site is fast and actually knows what they are doing when we need a physical drive swapped or a cable re-routed.

**What do you dislike about CoreSite?**

Their onboarding process and initial deployment paperwork can be a bit bureaucratic and slow. It takes a fair amount of back-and-forth just to get badges provisioned for new team members. Additionally, while the connectivity is excellent, their blended IP bandwidth pricing is definitely on the higher side compared to some regional providers.

**Recommendations to others considering CoreSite:**

Make sure you map out your cross-connect needs ahead of time to accurately estimate your total cost. Lean heavily on their Open Cloud Exchange if you are doing multi-cloud.

**What problems is CoreSite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a hybrid cloud setup that didn't constantly drop connections or surprise us with massive egress fees. CoreSite gave us a reliable data center footprint with direct, low-latency connections to AWS and Azure. It has stabilized our hybrid infrastructure, drastically reduced our network latency, and made our monthly infrastructure spend a lot more predictable.

  ### 10. Unmatched Reliability with Outstanding Low Latency Connectivity
