I think Reliance Jio Infocomm could improve in a few areas. Their customer support response time needs to be faster, especially during peak periods. Also, the evening congestion in dense areas can be frustrating, impacting the speed and quality of the connection. The recharge reminders are too much. Once my plan is close to ending, I start getting an SMS almost every day telling me to recharge, and it keeps coming even after the plan has finished. Sometimes the company also calls me to recharge the number, and that’s really irritating, especially when I’m busy. I know when my plan ends and I’ll recharge when I’m ready. The thing i like the best is its instant customer support and high speed internet connection. The thing i dislike is sometimes its network speed drops when i need the most.
