"Reliable Colocation and Fast Cloud Connectivity, Though Fees Add Up"
5/5
What do you like best about CoreSite?

I use CoreSite for colocation in a secure, carrier-neutral data center to host our production servers and network equipment. I value its access to hundreds of networks and direct cloud on-ramps, its 100% uptime SLA, high-density power options, and physical security and compliance. The reliable infrastructure and flexible space and power have helped us avoid frequent downtime and scale. Our applications respond noticeably faster, data transfers and backups between our servers and the cloud finish in a fraction of the time, and we have far fewer outages. I also like the Open Cloud Exchange, which lets us provision secure, private connections to AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud in hours instead of weeks, with lower latency and bandwidth costs than routing over the public internet. Any2Exchange peering noticeably improves network performance. The customer portal lets us provision cloud connections and monitor power outage issues. I also found the pricing more transparent and scalable for future growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoreSite?

I’d like lower, more transparent cross-connect and remote hands pricing, faster provisioning times, and a more modern customer portal. The per-connection and per-request fees quietly raise my monthly operating costs as I add connections and support tickets, so I have to plan expansions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
