**What do you like best about TeleVox?**

TeleVox was great at the time that we had it, where it would send out reminders for appts. . Unfortunately we wanted more out of it that it was not able to provide for us.

**What do you dislike about TeleVox?**

We were unable to do broadcasting, and text back and forth with patients. It would not allow us to cancel appts .

**What problems is TeleVox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently are not utilizing TeleVox anymore.

**What do you like best about TeleVox?**

The live response tracker is one of the most helpful aspects I've noticed when using the Televox platform. Being able to track precisely how our response rates look almost immediately after release has allowed our organization to react quickly and efficiently when changes are needed.

**What do you dislike about TeleVox?**

I'd like to have more control over individualized/custom message requests, but as most of our outbound messaging to customers is "wide net," this doesn't come up often.

**What problems is TeleVox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform allows us to reach out to patients quickly and efficiently. In addition, we are also able to apply patient responses back to our CRM for easy-access reporting from on-site employees.

Text message communication with patients.!

**What do you dislike about TeleVox?**

That patients would not use it correctly and no show instead of properly canceling

**Recommendations to others considering TeleVox:**

Make sure to have a trial roll out with lots of tech support on standby  if needed

**What problems is TeleVox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We looked into how to better utilize the system for our demographic of patients. We realized it was a great tool for conducting research and collecting data

I think the customer service is pretty good.

**What do you dislike about TeleVox?**

I don't like how corporate it is. LabCalls can be easy to use, but the amount of people you have to talk to to get an answer is sometimes hard.

It's easy to call up and fix problems.

Ease of use.  Confirming calls does help to cut down no -show appointments.

**What do you dislike about TeleVox?**

people prefer text and other services out there that are customizable and easier to use.  Texting is much better this day and age.

**Recommendations to others considering TeleVox:**

search the market fully before deciding, review and consider other companies

**What problems is TeleVox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cut down on no-show rates, patients can cancel easier.  No major flaws, people like to have the ability to two way text.

We can contact all of our patients without bombarding them with e mail blasts.

some people don't get back to us on time

Being able to contact patients in a timely manor to ensure that they make it to their appointments on time.
