What do you like best about TeleVox?

The live response tracker is one of the most helpful aspects I've noticed when using the Televox platform. Being able to track precisely how our response rates look almost immediately after release has allowed our organization to react quickly and efficiently when changes are needed. What do you dislike about TeleVox?

I'd like to have more control over individualized/custom message requests, but as most of our outbound messaging to customers is "wide net," this doesn't come up often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like how corporate it is. LabCalls can be easy to use, but the amount of people you have to talk to to get an answer is sometimes hard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
