**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I like how easily Elite integrates with CDK to pull invoices over. It’s simple for us to use at the counter, and it’s just as easy for the drivers to use on the road. Being able to track where deliveries are and when they were delivered gives us better visibility when we’re talking with customers. It works well, and the information is available to us right away. I also like that routes are built automatically, so we don’t have to stress about figuring out the best order for the stops.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

I have not found anything that I dislike about Elite EXTRA. We have had a many training opportunities, and any concerns were answered at that time!

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many customers who want to know exactly when they’ll receive their items, and this lets us see where the driver is and when they should arrive. If a customer says we didn’t deliver something, we can pull up the photo evidence, timestamp, and signatures to confirm that we did.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

the on map visibility of my drivers and the ability to merge manifests and link directly to the order grid to add details or information to a line

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

the inability to view certain things in certain area IE not having a customer ID visibility on a line item in the held folder for easy access to their account. Also not having parameters for the magic wand such as loop routes or ways to prevent it from auto assigning all in a magic wand or being able to lock stops in certain places while letting the system adjust the rest within that parameter. There are times where the manifest listing will not allow you to have the trash can option to remove certain lines in what appears to be random ways. A dark mode for the map would also be really helpful. 

I think that there should be a way to double click a line item inside the unassigned folder and make notes that appear in a box. I also think that the different sections of source destination etc etc should be saveable so i don't have to resize them every time i open the app.

In payment validation, add the ability for the check memo to be shown in the delivery line item rather than having to double click the line to see it.

The dashboard is very helpful for visuals.

Not being able to use Control C Control V is unhelpful also. 

Overall a good system. I think the UX could be helped.

easy visibility of my routes while they're out and about. a decent integration with our d365 system. And it appears that there's a desire to improve instead of resting on laurels.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I find the auto-dispatching feature of Elite EXTRA stands out to me. It's useful because I can set up scheduled runs for easier dispatching needs, and once a customer submits a return for pickup, it automatically puts that return into the next run. This makes picking up returns a breeze. Additionally, transitioning from our old school method with pen and paper to using Elite EXTRA has been a great improvement. Though initially, as with any new system, it was a bit of a struggle, the Elite EXTRA team made the setup as smooth as possible.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

Integration with Eagle is a big one. It works about 85% of the time. The integration software they use, I believe, is the problem. It resets almost every weekend.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Elite EXTRA to streamline and organize dispatching and returns. It allows scheduling runs for easier dispatching, making returns pickup a breeze.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

Elite Extra provides excellent visibility into our delivery workload and day‑to‑day operations. The visual dashboard helps us manage volume effectively, and the communication tools greatly simplify coordination with drivers and both internal and external stakeholders. It has become an important tool for keeping deliveries organized and communication consistent.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

We don’t have a strong dislike, but we would like to see more advanced delivery estimation when building routes. Specifically, better insight into how close delivery ETAs are to each other and clearer indicators when a small traffic delay could push a route off schedule would help dispatchers identify risk earlier and adjust proactively.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elite Extra solves the problem of limited visibility and fragmented communication in delivery operations. By providing a visual view of routes and workload, it enables better planning and decision‑making. **What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

The setup is easy to use and quick response time for support.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

I havent been able to prevent drivers from being able to flip orders to COD that arent supposed to be. As well as having to set up the customers under a stop in order to see their location in the map to best assign to the right driver instead of being able to 1st see them on the map which I can then best set up the order and not have to edit on the back end.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its what we use to dispatch, and it is connected to our order software, so it makes easy being able to put the completed orders ready for dispatch.  It is also how we process accounting functions which it is incredibly easy to utilize for that function!

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I love the orders page and being able to save my filters, so for any report, I can just hit that filter and everything I need pops up. I also like the fact that when a customer pays by check, I can switch the order to COD so that I can validate the check.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

Sometimes I'm not able to change an order to COD when needed, which means I have to make adjustments on my deposit form or create a fake order to validate a check. Also, the chat isn't visible the next day, so I miss messages from drivers after I leave work.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elite EXTRA gives me easy access to invoices and payment validation, and lets me track my drivers in real-time.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

Elite EXTRA is extremely flexible. You can integrate as much or as little as you need. The on-boarding process is extremely easy and hassle free. You just provide them with some basic input and they handle the rest. There support team is top notch and take the time to get the bottom of the issue you are having and gets them resolved.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

The least helpful thing is once they have a fix for a bug it takes until the next monthly scheduled update to roll out the fix.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we continue to expand and now have three trucks running hot shot deliveries it has allowed us to know where and when our drivers are at.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

Elite EXTRA is amazing. It makes things so much easier to locate. It saves me so much time with the aspects of my job.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

The only thing that I dislike about EXTRA is that I have to resign in every day or maybe that is doesn't return to the log in screen when it boots you out. 
The day to day interface is wonderful though. Everything has worked remarkably.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When trying to get an ETA on previous software I had to perform numerous steps or contact customers for more information but what I absolutely LOVE about Elite EXTRA is that you can search using various different methods! You can use Invoice number, PO number, VIN, customer/busines name.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

What I like the most about Elite EXTRA is that it is very helpful with organizing our deliveries and able to get a general idea of how far the person is from the customer's home. It also helps keep track of the drivers, how close they are to each destination, and if they have gone further than expected or off track. It's just a very good organizational app to have . Additionally, the initial setup of Elite EXTRA was very easy, with the product setup being really simplistic.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

The only problems that it has is that it constantly has duplicate orders, which means that we have to cancel out an extra order. Also, the tracking can be off sometimes, so we can't always correctly determine where the delivery driver is. And lastly, it doesn't always geocode new addresses, so we have to put in nearby addresses for the drivers to figure out where they're going. What could be improved is just the way how long it takes for the computer to receive the order for us to dispatch out and getting new communities in the system so we won’t get lost. Besides that, there's not a lot of cons.

Elite EXTRA helps organize our deliveries, giving us a general idea of how far drivers are from destinations. However, we face issues like duplicate orders, tracking inaccuracies, and geocoding challenges that require manual adjustments for new addresses.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I find Elite EXTRA incredibly useful for dispatching delivery routes. It really streamlines the route optimization and tracking of drivers. Tracking drivers is the number one feature for me because it allows me to see their locations, which helps answer customer inquiries about delivery times without having to call the driver. I also appreciate the automatic attachment of POD photos to the orders in Eclipse. This feature is a great help if a customer calls stating they cannot find their delivery or a certain item; I can look at a photo and tell them exactly where it is. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy for me, thanks to the planning and integration work done by the DSG team.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

Using Bing as a route planner seems to take the drivers on some funky routes. On the app, they just override it and go to Google Maps, so they end up taking the most optimal route, but when I print the manifest and send them on the road, the time and miles is quite often very inaccurate.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Elite EXTRA streamlines route optimization and tracking, easing driver communication and billing with instant invoice delivery. It helps track deliveries in real time, improving planning and customer service, while POD photos instantly resolve delivery disputes.

Elite is easy to use and the UI is user friendly. It easily brings orders over from our JDE system to Elite to make routing much easier. Once everything is properly zoned, the system sets up the routes with how it thinks the route should be run for time and quality.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

Some of the routing does not make sense sometimes. The system does not automatically save how a route is formed from a previous session. It always tries to route what it thinks is the best possible way.

Elite is making routing easier and faster by providing a visual map to better assess how routes are formed.

One of the best features of the Elite Extra software is the dedicated runs option. It saves time because I don’t have to build those runs into a manifest. The way the software integrates with our DMS is seamless. THe Tech support is Top Notch.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

One area that would be especially helpful is having a mobile app for dispatch. When the dispatcher is on the road or away from the desk, it can be time-consuming to track down a tablet or PC.

Before Elite Extra we did all deliveries with pen and paper. Now it is all electronic. We can give the customer real time ETA'S

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I find Elite EXTRA very helpful for planning all of our routes and managing all of our deliveries for customers. It gives us complete control of our daily tasks for our drivers, allowing us to manage every step, action, and delivery they take. I like knowing exactly what time our drivers complete their tasks and being able to give them detailed instructions on where and when they're supposed to be at places. This ensures all of our daily functions and needs are met for our customers. The initial setup was very easy, and we were up and running in almost no time.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

We're fairly technical, so we'd like to change things ourselves and a lot of times, we have to go to Elite EXTRA to get some basic modifications done.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Elite EXTRA for last mile dispatching and delivery, which helps us plan routes and manage deliveries efficiently. It gives us complete control over our drivers' tasks, allowing us to monitor task completion and provide clear instructions, ensuring we meet all daily functions and customer needs.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I really like the auto routing feature of Elite EXTRA, because that way you don't even need to have a person with extensive knowledge of the area where you are going to make deliveries. The deliveries enter the system and it automatically creates the route, optimizing time and expenses. Additionally, it is so dynamic that if a client cancels, the route is reconfigured in the same way, which is great. I am also impressed by the real-time tracking, which is spectacular.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

The translation was not easy, especially the currency type and some units of measure. However, with the support of the team, we managed to overcome it quickly. It was just a brief period of staff adaptation while we used a currency different from the local one, and we had to train people to become familiar with some terms.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Elite EXTRA gives me end-to-end visibility and real-time tracking, ensuring deliveries to our customers. The auto-routing function optimizes routes without relying on local knowledge, reducing errors and costs.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I really appreciate the customer service support at Elite EXTRA. They are great and have been instrumental in helping turn our ideas into results within the software. I find the software capable of doing almost anything we need. I also value how easy it is to train someone new on the platform, which is important as we onboard new users. Additionally, being able to easily train dispatchers and drivers is crucial for us as we run multiple sites.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

I wish they would take more feedback on customer requested features. That process moves quite slowly and I think there is more functionality that could be added at times that apply to our business and other businesses that use the software. We'd like some ability for custom reporting. We'd like the ability to flag specific customers/stops in Elite EXTRA for high priority customers or customers we've had issues with prior to flag the dispatcher that the stop needs special attention. We'd like a way for drivers to be able to leave notes about the delivery process for a stop that is viewable and editable by a future driver making the same stop, opening communication amongst the drivers to share their combined knowledge about specific customers.

Elite EXTRA handles route optimization, enhances communication, and oversees delivery drivers. It's crucial for electronic PODs and eases training across our multiple dispatch sites.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I like how Elite EXTRA allows us to manage deliveries and organize them into vehicle loads based on location and weight. I appreciate that the driver app is easy to use, making the process smoother. Although we primarily use it for general route planning, being able to create returns is quite nice.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

Just generally buggy across the board. Little things that have to be done twice to work. It's difficult to reliably capture these issues as completely random. A suggestion would be to show weights on the jobs when in a manifest so it doesn't have to be referenced at the bottom constantly. Another would be to change the dot colours of the jobs. They're currently green, so sometimes difficult to see on grass in the map.

Elite EXTRA helps us manage deliveries by organizing them into vehicle loads based on location and weight. It simplifies general route planning and allows for easy creation of returns.

Knowing where our fleet is at all times with live reporting of the deliveries on board. Also being able to quickly provide POD for our customers, all at a price that is easy to show an ROI.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

There has been very little to dislike about Elite Extra, any small problems are either been satisfied by quick support or program enhancments.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have saved thousands of dollars by being able to quickly and definitively show POD to our customers. In the past these situations would have just resulted in us resending the order out.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I like the fact that I can just send it to a driver, and they can look at it on the app, on a tablet, and they can just go to work and deliver a load or pick up any loads that we have to do.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

The versatility to move the loads around was a bit problematic. Like, if I have a load scheduled for tomorrow and it gets pushed, I have to unmanifest the load and then remanifest it. It'd be nice if I could just right-click and reschedule that load for another day. The initial setup was quite a work through. We had a few things to deal with getting it set up and had to go back and forth with the reps to get everything in place. Some things weren't set up quite how we had managed during our initial review.

I use Elite EXTRA for managing drivers' routes and scheduling daily dispatches, which helps organize where drivers are going and in what order.

We started using Elite years ago, and it’s been very intuitive for building routes for our drivers. It also makes it easy to track our multiple daily routes. Overall, it provides good data in a clear, easy-to-read interface.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

Adding in something manually takes a few more clicks than I'd like, but it's a small gripe.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to get many of our customers using their returns system and it cut down a lot of calls. Costs us a bit more per month, but i feel it's worth it.

Route planning feels much simpler now. I like being able to see where each point is, and it’s helpful to understand how another driver could pick up a stop when someone else is overloaded.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

It doesn’t happen often, but when the system crashes, drivers tend to panic because they’re used to relying on the routes to double-check what they already have.

It helps us make our routes more efficient. If one driver has a lighter load, they can pick up extra stops to help a co-worker.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

Auto route building and zoning customers has really helped improve our workflow. Being able to step away from the computer means other work can still get done. Assigning our customers to these zones also gives us deeper insight into our cash flow and makes it easier to see which routes need to be optimized.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

Some features don’t feel fully integrated, since there are multiple apps for different functions. Having a single all-in-one app would make things much simpler for vehicle maintenance, picking orders, and dispatching.

**What problems is Elite EXTRA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping my team create automation and improving workflow. It also allows for indirect communication between team members, salesmen, and customers at a deeper level. We can pinpoint where we are in production and execute at a higher level.

The reporting that is available to us within Elite Extra is such a huge advantage. We are able to utilize those reports to provide metrics and better service our customers

There are issues sometimes when we utilize the Delivery Network that Elite Extra has partnered with. It's rare when we use that feature but the times we have, we've run into slight issues.

using Elite Extra has helped us keep track of our drivers in real time but also solve the issue of capturing POD. We now have those signatures stored for easy access to share with customers and our internal team.

Very easy to build a manifest.  It's also nice you can shift your stops around after dispatching.  Great features such as adding a stop for a pick up.

I have no issues with this program. Everything works well for our company.  Elite extra has saved our company thousands of dollars with the picture's verification on drop offs when customers not around and they dispute.

Without real-time tracking and notifications, customers may be left in the dark, and drivers may waste time.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

I use Elite EXTRA for routing our Electrical Supply orders, tracking our drivers, and capturing images and proof of deliveries, which helps with routing efficiency, delivery oversight, and fleet management. I like being able to keep track of all drivers and deliveries at any moment of the day. It allows us to efficiently assign will call pickups daily by knowing where our drivers are. The service was outstanding, and I appreciate the ongoing support and the quick response times when I have questions.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

I would like a better mobile version of the manager's app that allows me to dispatch, manifest, and make route changes easily from my phone. I want the ability to see a driver's route, rearrange stops, add stops, and add PO pick ups.

**What do you like best about Elite EXTRA?**

My favorite aspect of Elite EXTRA is how easy it is to use. Even though I’m not the person in charge of building routes each day, I can still step in when needed to add stops or make route changes. Several times over the past month, I’ve taken customer calls saying we didn’t deliver what was expected, and we were able to cross-reference the invoice number with the delivery date and time, along with a photo of the products in the building and the name of the person who signed off on the delivery. It’s been an amazing resource and I appreciate the training sessions that I have been able to be a part of to learn more.

**What do you dislike about Elite EXTRA?**

I haven’t had any personal struggles or dislikes with Elite EXTRA. I did have a few questions at first, but I was able to attend a virtual training for Elite EXTRA, and that session answered everything I was wondering about.

From a front-counter perspective, I use Elite every day to help customers who are wondering when their parts will be delivered. I can quickly pull up the routes and let them know what to expect and when their deliveries should arrive.

We’ve been able to use Elite Extra to hold two of our departments accountable for their actions. Elite Extra’s tracking features, along with the ability to look back at delivered orders, have been a great help. This is my favorite feature of Elite Extra.

The dispatch screen can feel overwhelming for a new customer, or for someone just looking into it. Once you learn it, it’s simple, but that’s the main area where I see people struggling.

I like that Elite EXTRA allows us to search our previous orders, gather photos, and send them to customers. The initial setup was pretty straightforward with very few hiccups, and the team was very responsive when we got started. I find it to be a better option compared to what we had before.

I wish that Elite EXTRA had a sticky notes feature on specific orders so we could let our logistics manager know specific things about those orders.

Transferring orders to drivers or interbranch transfers is challenging, especially when drivers meet at one location and then take parts to another location. You can transfer orders to another branch but not to a driver.

The Delivery Network option on Elite Extra has allowed us to accommodate more customers without having to purchase additional vehicles. Elite Extra is a valuable business tool that helps provide a better customer experience.

One drawback of elite extra is that the sometimes the orders in our business system do not populate in the site because the API has issues sometimes.
