Our account rep, Brock Wright, is amazing, and the features they've added specifically for our company are really valuable. They've been working on the coaching feature to ensure it works with our company boilerplate. Pricing was a huge factor for us in choosing SureCam, and I appreciate that SureCam provides cameras and telematics in one unit rather than having two devices in each vehicle. The initial setup was very easy; they worked with us to transfer our vehicle info, and the installation of cameras was fairly simple as well. **What do you dislike about SureCam?** SureCam all in all is a really good platform with lots of good people but we have been experiencing some unknown trips that I would like to see corrected. I really appreciate having the recordings to show actual footage in the event of an accident, as it provides the proof we need.
